- Fig. 1
- In der Seitenansicht eine Kontinueanlage zur Herstellung eines Verbundvlieses nur mit einer Trägerunterlage,

- ebenfalls in der Seitenansicht die Anlage nach Fig. 1 ergänzt durch die Zuführung einer zusätzlichen Deckschicht aus einem Endlosfaservlies vor der Wasservernadelung und
- Fig. 3
- eine Anlage nach Fig. 2 jedoch mit einer Krempelanlage am Einlauf zur Herstellung eines Krempelvlieses als Trägerschicht.
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundvlieses aus zumindest einem Trägervlies wie Spunbondvlies und einer auf dieses Trägervlies aufgelegten z. B. Woodpulpschicht zur Herstellung eines Hygieneprodukts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spunbondvlies vor der Beschichtung mit dem superabsorbierenden Material zur Vorverfestigung trocken verdichtet wird, dann die Woodpulpschicht aufgegeben und beides zusammen mit einer hydrodynamischen Wasservernadelung verfestigt und dann getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorverfestigung, Vorverdichtung mit Pressluft durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorverfestigung, Vorverdichtung durch Kalandrieren erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Schritt der Wasservernadelungsverfestigung auf das zweiteilige Verbundvlies eine Deckschicht auf das superabsorbierende Material aufgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Deckschicht ebenfalls ein vorverfestigtes wie kalandriertes Spunbondvlies vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Deckschicht ein vorverfestigtes wie kalandriertes Krempelvlies vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorverfestigung wie Kalanderverfestigung vor der Wasservernadelung nur mit leichter Bindung der Fasern des Trägervlieses durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das getrocknete Kompositvlies erneut kalandriert wird, hier aber mit höherer Energie.
- Verfahren insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Trägervlies zunächst ein kalandriertes Krempelvlies gebildet wird, auf das nach der Pulpschicht ein Spunbondvlies als Deckschicht aufgelegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Hygieneprodukts aus Spunbondvlies zusammen mit einer superabsorbierenden Materialschicht zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, bestehen ausa) einer Spunbond- oder Krempeleinrichtung (1, 2; 10; 1' - 4'),b) einer Luftverfestigungs- oder Kalandereinrichtung (5, 11),e) einer ggf. sich unmittelbar anschließenden Einrichtung (6) zum Aufgeben einer Woodpulpschicht auf das vorverfestigte Trägervlies,f) einer Wasservernadelungseinrichtung (7; 13, 14), deren Wasserstrahlen gegen die Woodpulpschicht gerichtet sind,g) einem Trockner (8, 9) undh) ggf. einer weiteren Verfestigungs- wie Kalandereinrichtung (15, 16).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der hydrodynamischen Wasservernadelungseinrichtung (1, 2, 5) zur Bildung einer Deckschicht eine weiterec) Spunbond- oder Krempeleinrichtung (10) geschaltet ist, derd) eine Verfestigungs- wie Kalandereinrichtung (11) vor der Wasservernadelungseinrichtung (13, 14) folgt.
