Claims (12)
- Mehrpoliges Schaltgerät für den Einsatz auf Sammelschienensystemen, mit zylindrischen Sicherungen (21) und in einer Reihe quer zum Schienensystem angeordneten Schaltkontakten (6), wobei die Sicherungen (21) jeweils einem Schaltkontakt (6) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktkraft auf die jeweilige Sammelschiene (4) von der jeweiligen Sicherung (21) direkt über eine bewegliche Festkontaktanordnung (22, 23) übertragen wird.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kontaktsystem (6, 22, 23) den Schaltkontakt (6), einen dem Fußkontakt (26) der Sicherung (21) zugeordnetem Kontakt (23) und einen der Sammelschiene (4) zugeordneten Kontakt (22) aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Sicherung (21) in das Gehäuse (1, 2) des Schaltgerätes einschraubbar ist und die kopfseitige Kontaktierung der Sicherung (21) über die die Sicherung (21) aufnehmende Schraubkappe (19) erfolgt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kontaktsystem (6, 22, 23) für jeden Pol zwischen dem Fußkontakt (26) für die Sicherung (21) und der dieser Sicherung (21) zugeordneten Sammelschiene des Sammelschienensystems den jeweiligen Schaltkontakt (6) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Festkontaktanordnung (22, 23) durch den der Sicherung (21) zugeordneten Kontakt (23) und den der Sammelschiene (4) zugeordneten Kontakt (22) gebildet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kontakte (22, 23) der Festkontaktanordnung (22, 23) schwimmend im Gehäuse (1, 2) gelagert sind und zwischen diesen ein diese kontaktierender Isolierkörper (27) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Schaltkontakt (6) in Kontakt mit auskragenden Endabschnitten (28) von der Sicherung (21) zugeordnetem Kontakt (23) und der Sammelschiene (4) zugeordnetem Kontakt (22) bringbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltkontakte (6) über einen gemeinsamen Schieber (5) betätigbar sind.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Schaltkontakt (6) über eine Feder (7) im Schieber (5) gegen einen Anschlag (29) vorgespannt gelagert ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Schieber (5) ein Betätigungshebel (8) mechanisch zugeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine schwenkbar im Gehäuse (1, 2) gelagerte Abdeckhaube (11) aufweist, wobei die Abdeckhaube (11) in ihrer maximal geöffneten Schwenkstellung den Schieber (5) oder ein mit diesem verbundenes Teil (14) verriegelt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (8) in seiner mit der Einschaltstellung der Schaltkontakte (6) korrespondierenden Stellung die Abdeckhaube (11) in ihrer geschlossenen Position verriegelt.
