Claims (10)
- Walzstraße mit gestaffelten Gerüsten, insbesondere Tandemwalzanlage, mit jeweils beidseitig zur Walzlinie beabstandeten Ständerwänden, in deren Ständerfenster die Walzen mittels Einbaustücken gelagert und ausbaubar gestaltet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Ständerfenster (7) für mehrere Einbaustücke (10) in einer einzigen Ständerwand (5; 6) sowohl auf der Bedienungsseite (12) als auch auf der Antriebsseite (11) vorgesehen sind und dass für benachbarte Walzenpaare (1,2; 2,3) jeweils gemeinsame Zwischentraversen (13), die die gegenüberliegenden Ständerwände (5,6) verbinden und verriegeln, vorgesehen sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils an den in Walzlinienrichtung (14) gelegenen Enden (15, 16) der Ständerwände (5,6) eine Sohlplatten-Klemmvorrichtung (17) vorgesehen ist. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Medienzuführung (19) bei hydraulischen Anstellantrieben (18) zumindest aus einer Medienkette (20), die zwischen Antriebs- und Bedienungsseite (11, 12) verläuft, besteht. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei auf der Walzlinie (4) benachbarten Walzenpaaren (1,2 ; 2,3) eine gemeinsame Walzarmatur (21) vorgesehen ist. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gemeinsame Walzarmatur (21) an einem mittig zwischen auf der Walzlinie (4) benachbarten Walzenpaaren (1,2 ; 2,3) angeordneten Walzbalken (22) befestigt ist. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei ausgefahrener Ständerwand (6) der Bedienungsseite (12) in der Ausfahr-Endstellung (23) die Walzenpaare (1, 2, 3) senkrecht zur Ausfahrrichtung (24) auswechselbar sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenpaare (1, 2, 3) zusammen mit den Walzarmaturen (21) auswechselbar sind. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Walzenpaare (1, 2, 3) auf einem einzigen Walzenwechselwagen (28) transportierbar sind. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb für sämtliche Walzenpaare (1, 2, 3) aus einem Kammwalzengetriebe besteht, das für alle Walzenpaare (1, 2, 3) in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse angeordnet ist. - Walzstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein sehr langer Ausfahrzylinder (29) für die auszufahrende Ständerwand (6) auf der Bedienungsseite (12) angeordnet ist.
