Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roller shutter with at least one flexible Roller shutter element and at least two support rods through the roller shutter element are interconnected and the roller shutter is wound in a rolling direction from one can be converted into a developed state and in the developed state Roller shutter element forms the visible side of the roller shutter at least in sections.
- roller shutter is e.g. B. known from DE 7 715 415.
- the roller shutter element in this known roller shutter consists of a hard film 2, which is the visible side of the Shutter forms and has an adhesive layer on the back.
- Adhesive layer are attached to tubular support rods.
- a textile web is provided which partially surrounds the support rods and between the support rods on the Back of the film is glued.
- the support rods extend transversely to the rolling direction.
- the properties and strength of the material of the roller shutter element are so dimensioned that rolling up the roller shutter is possible without any problems.
- Such shutters with a flexible roller shutter element which in the rolled state also at least partially forms the visible side at the same time, but is comparatively complex. So the roller shutter element must be coated with adhesive and then the Support rods are placed on the roller shutter element and secured with a textile sheet. The Bonding different materials also places high demands on the adhesive.
- roller shutters are also not very flexible with regard to their place of use. So you can only Realize predetermined lengths once. An extension is not possible. A packaging a roller shutter on site or adapt to changing installation conditions is not possible.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a roller shutter of the type mentioned improve that on the one hand simplifies its manufacture and on the other hand it makes it more universal can be used.
- roller shutter of the aforementioned Type in which the roller shutter element has connecting sections at two opposite ends has, each with associated connecting portions of the support rods can be connected by nesting, forming a positive connection in the direction of rolling.
- This solution is simple and has the advantage that both support bars as well as the individual Roller shutter elements can be manufactured in large quantities and then simply Can be assembled into one another. Since the roller shutter now consists of individual parts, it is possible to manufacture them separately in large quantities and in a simple manner. The Assembly takes place by nesting the individual parts in order to close the roller shutters form. Depending on the selected number of roller shutter elements and support rods, Create shutters of almost any length.
- the associated connecting sections of roller shutter element and support rod by pushing one another essentially be connectable transversely to the rolling direction. This results in simple assembly, which can be carried out both by hand and by machine.
- the connecting section of the roller shutter element has at least one bead, which in at least one connecting section designed as a receptacle the support rod can be inserted. This creates a tongue and groove connection, which allows a solid form fit in the rolling direction in a simple manner.
- the recording essentially is designed channel-shaped and the bead of the connecting section at least in sections embraces.
- a gutter-shaped receptacle is particularly easy to implement and is therefore also suitable for extruded profiles or extruded profiles.
- the bead has a section, at least in sections has cylindrical outer surface.
- the simple geometries that can be achieved allow inexpensive production.
- the receptacle is cylindrical in shape, at least in sections Has inner surface. Especially in connection with the cylindrical jacket The outer surface of the bead can be easily assembled tongue and groove connection realize.
- the bead is rotatable is included in the recording.
- the outer diameter of the bead is slight is smaller than the inside diameter of the receptacle. Because the forces at If the joining of the bead and the receptacle can be reduced, this is suitable Configuration especially for manual assembly or assembly of the roller shutter.
- the bead is essentially fork-shaped with two when viewed in cross section Fork ends.
- the bead can be given a certain elasticity by the fork ends. If in the inserted state the fork ends are slightly compressed , this creates a frictional connection between the receptacle and the bead, thereby Operating noise can in turn be reduced.
- Compact support rods can be realized if there are two opposing ones Pages a recording is provided.
- the distance of the connecting portions of the support rods is several times smaller than that The distance between two connecting sections of the roller shutter element is.
- the inclusion in contact surfaces opens out, which are arranged on both sides of the roller shutter element and the contact surfaces include an opening angle of approx. 45 °.
- the opening can be an opening have approximately twice the material thickness of the roller shutter element in a bead spaced area corresponds. Especially when the bead is rotatable in the receptacle is arranged, the rolling radius of the roller shutter can be reduced.
- roller shutter element and support rod are made of different materials.
- the material selection can then be targeted according to the occurring forces and material costs.
- the support rod is made from extruded profiles.
- extruded aluminum profiles are suitable, for example. On the one hand, these are easy and on the other hand very rigid.
- roller shutter element is made of plastic. Since the Roller shutter elements are essentially subjected to tension in the unwound state, can be sufficient even with relatively inexpensive and thin-walled materials Achieve strength.
- the roller shutter element can Have flat section which forms the visible side and which the connecting sections connects with each other. This allows the roller shutter or the roller shutter element design according to the force curve.
- the flat section is predominantly only subjected to tension, it can be compared thin and thus material-saving, whereas the connecting sections can have greater material thicknesses to the forces between the To be able to accommodate connecting elements of the support rod and roller shutter element.
- the flat section and the connecting sections consist of different materials. Depending on the requirements can be accordingly firmer or less firmer materials for the individual components of the Use roller shutter element.
- the flat section is covered by a film is formed. Then the flat section can be industrially very inexpensively produce. Films can also be very thin. This allows the weight to be reduced and save material.
- the length of the support rods can be greater than the width of the roller shutter element. Then the support rods can also be used at the same time Take on management tasks. The support rods can then protrude laterally and z. B. in Guide rails must be included.
- the support rods have slide rails at their ends or have roles.
- Fig. 1 shows the roller shutter 1 according to the invention in a section, cut Presentation. Support rods 2 and a roller shutter element 3 are visible in this illustration.
- the roller shutter element 3 is shown several times in section, since its longitudinal extent is significantly larger than its material thickness. The proportions are in Fig. 2 to see where the roller shutter element 3 individually in original size in a side view is shown.
- FIG. 3 A sectional view of a complete support rod 2 is shown in FIG. 3.
- the roller shutter 1 is formed by alternately joining support rods 2 and Roller shutter elements 3.
- the connection technology can be seen in Fig. 4, where a support rod 2 in Cross section with roller shutter elements 3 attached to it is shown.
- the support rod 2 consists of an extruded aluminum profile. Others are alternate Materials conceivable, such as B. plastic. In this case, the manufacturing can be done by Extrusion.
- the support rod 2 It is also conceivable to manufacture the support rod 2 from wood or metal. Has aluminum but the advantage of a low weight with great strength and allows also a metallic look of the support rods.
- the design of the support rods can best be seen in FIG. 3. Since the support rods 2 as Extruded profiles are produced, they have a constant cross section in Figure 3 configuration shown.
- the support rods are designed symmetrically with two themselves mutually opposite recordings, which are sectionally cylindrical Have inner surface 5. Contact surfaces 6 and 7 adjoin the inner surfaces 5. An angle of essentially 45 ° is enclosed between the two contact surfaces.
- the cylindrical jacket-shaped section of the inner surface extends over a 270 ° angle.
- An opening 8 is formed between the two contact surfaces 6 and 7 Are defined.
- Recording 4 forms a connecting section of the support rod 2.
- the support rod still has a visible surface 9.
- the support rod 2 is also hollow with a cavity 10 which extends over the entire length of the support rod 2 extends.
- the roller shutter element 3 has a flat section 11, at the ends of each Connection sections 12 designed as a bead are provided.
- the flat section 11 consists of a plastic film, the surface extension of which is a multiple of the material thickness corresponds to the flat section.
- 2 is a representation of the Roller shutter elements shown in original size.
- different material is used in each case.
- the connecting sections 12 are also made of plastic and are in Molded on the flat portion 11 ways of coextrusion.
- the material limit is in Figure 1 can be seen from the different hatching.
- the connecting sections 12 are sectionally cylindrical-shaped with two Outer surfaces 13. Two fork ends 14 each carry the outer surface 13.
- connection sections allow the connection sections to be elastic to a certain extent 12 in the radial direction.
- the diameter of the outer surfaces 13 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the Inner surface 5, in order thereby to move between the support rods 2 and the To ensure roller shutter element 3.
- the shift takes place perpendicular to the paper plane in Figure 1.
- the opening 8 is chosen to be about twice the material thickness of the flat Section 11 to comply. This makes it possible to twist to a certain extent the connecting sections 12 of the roller shutter element in the receptacles 4 of the support rods 2 to reach.
- the angle of rotation is essentially limited by the two Plant areas 6 and 7.
- the roller shutter is rolled up in the direction of the arrow R in FIG. 1 the rolling direction.
- the flat section 12 also forms a visible side 15 at the same time Visible side 15 faces an observer when the roller shutter is unwound.
- the optical one The impression of the roller shutter is therefore decisive through the visible sides of the roller shutter elements 3 determined.
- the support bars 2 are laterally transverse to the direction of rolling each over the roller shutter elements 3 over.
- the support bars are therefore wider than the roller shutter elements.
- the roller shutter can be rolled up in a known manner
- Condition can be converted into a developed state.
- the winding takes place in known manner, for example by means of guide rails arranged in the form of a screw or a roller shutter rod on which the support rods and roller shutter elements 3 are wound become.
- the visible side 15 of the outermost winding is directed outwards. in the stretched state of the roller shutter, as shown in Figure 1, closes the roller shutter z.
- the material of the flat section 11 is chosen so that, on the one hand, it allows for easy winding, in which it can can bend according to the take-up radius, and on the other hand is so firm to one to prevent unwanted kinking of the material.
- the guide rods can be used to explain the mode of operation essentially vertically and in parallel extend to each other.
- the support rods are then in the extended state of the roller shutter Essentially horizontal.
- the flat sections 11 also essentially extend vertically between the guide rods.
- the visible sides of the flat elements are significantly larger than the visible surfaces 9 the support rods 2, so that the visual impression is significant due to the flat sections is determined and only by the comparatively narrow visible surfaces 9 of the support rods is replaced.
- the distance between the individual support bars must then correspond to the Material thickness of the flat section 11 can be selected. If it's too big, it can the flat section is wrinkled. If it's too small, it will Roller shutter element 3 too stiff.
- support rods 2 with their receptacles 4 are alternately on the connecting sections 12 of the roller shutter element 3 pushed. Because of the design of the recordings 4 and the connecting sections 12, there is a positive connection between the support rod 2 and roller shutter element 3 in the rolling direction R. By joining alternating support rods and roller shutter elements, roller shutters of any length can be realized.
- the individual roller shutter elements 3 are each represented by support rods 2 in that shown in Figure 4 Way connected.
- roller shutter manufactured in this way can be assembled and assembled on site can therefore be used universally in a large number of roller shutters.
- the large area Sections 11 allow printing on the roller shutter.
- the production of support rods and Roller shutter elements can be done in a comparatively inexpensive way.
