Claims (10)
- Parclose (1) coopérant avec un des profilés (2) constitutifs d'un cadre de réception d'une baie de remplissage (3) et adaptable à l'épaisseur du remplissage (3) de la baie, cette parclose comportant un moyen (7) d'accrochage et de fixation sur le profilé de cadre (2) ce moyen (7) coopérant avec un moyen (9) de blocage en position de serrage du remplissage (3) dans le cadre formé par les profilés (2) constitutifs du cadre, ledit moyen d'accrochage et de fixation (7) se présentant sous forme, d'une part, d'un bord longitudinal (7') d'articulation dans un logement correspondant (11) dudit profilé de cadre (2) et, d'autre part, d'un élément longitudinal en forme de crochet (7") prévu sur la face de la parclose tournée vers l'intérieur du profilé de cadre (2) et destiné à coopérer avec une paroi longitudinale correspondante (12) dudit profilé de cadre (2), cette paroi étant extérieurement tangente au logement (11) d'articulation du bord longitudinal d'articulation (7'), caractérisé en ce que le moyen (9) de blocage en position de serrage du remplissage (3) dans le cadre formé par le profilé (2) est réalisé par un dispositif mécanique à coopération de forme, du type à encliquetage irréversible constitué par un segment denté prévu sur la face interne du crochet (7") et coopérant avec un autre segment denté prévu sur l'extrémité libre de la paroi longitudinale (12), les dents prévues sur les segments dentés de la face interne du crochet (7") et de l'extrémité de la paroi (12) présentant une section transversale favorisant un engagement mutuel sous l'effet d'une pression de réaction résultant de l'application à force du joint (13) contre la face correspondante du remplissage (3).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enclenchement entre les dents des deux segments dentés est assuré par un moyen d'assujettissement (15).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément longitudinal en forme de crochet (7") présente une courbure, dont le rayon correspond à la distance entre le point d'articulation du bord longitudinal (7') dans le logement (11) et l'ancrage de l'élément longitudinal dans la parclose (1), l'extrémité libre de ce crochet (7") étant recourbée pour coopérer dans une position extrême avec l'extrémité de la paroi longitudinale (12) du profilé de cadre (2), cette paroi (12) étant inclinée par rapport à la verticale vers l'intérieur du logement qu'elle délimite avec le profilé de cadre (2).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'assujettissement (15) est constitué par un élément en forme de ressort s'appuyant, d'une part, dans le profilé de cadre (2) et, d'autre part, sur la face externe du crochet (7").
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en forme de ressort formant le moyen d'assujettissement (15) est constitué, soit par des lamelles de ressort à section sensiblement en forme de U ou de V, disposées à intervalles réguliers sur toute la longueur du cadre de profilé (2) et de la parclose (1), soit par un profilé élastique longitudinal et unique à section sensiblement en forme de U ou de V, une aile de ces lamelles ou profilé élastique coopérant avec un logement de réception correspondant (16) du cadre de profilé (2) s'étendant au-dessus du logement de réception du crochet (7") et au-dessus de l'extrémité de la paroi longitudinale (12) dudit cadre de profilé (2).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'assujettissement (15) est constitué par un mastic de collage injecté dans le cadre de profilé (2), en particulier au niveau de l'engagement du crochet (7") dans ledit cadre de profilé (2).
- Parclose (4) coopérant avec un des profilés (5) constitutifs d'un cadre de réception d'une baie de remplissage (6) et adaptable à l'épaisseur du remplissage (6) de la baie, cette parclose comportant un moyen (8) d'accrochage et de fixation sur le profilé de cadre (5) ce moyen (8) coopérant avec un moyen (10) de blocage en position de serrage du remplissage (6) dans le cadre formé par les profilés (5) constitutifs du cadre, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (10) de blocage en position de serrage du remplissage dans le cadre formé par les profilés (5) est constitué par un mastic de collage injecté dans le cadre (5) entre le remplissage (6) et la face interne de la parclose (4).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (8) d'accrochage et de fixation sur le profilé de cadre (5) de la parclose (4) est constitué par un logement (17) délimité par un crochet (18) destiné à coopérer avec un crochet (19) d'un bord du cadre de profilé (5), l'extrémité de la parclose (4) s'appuyant contre le remplissage (6) étant pourvue d'un joint (20).
- Parclose, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisée en ce que le crochet (19) du cadre de profilé (5) présente une section transversale incurvée correspondant à la section transversale du logement (17) de la parclose (4).
- Parclose, suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que sa face interne, tournée vers l'intérieur du profilé de cadre (5) est munie de logements longitudinaux à indentation (21) destinés à coopérer avec le moyen (10) de blocage en position de serrage du remplissage (6) dans le cadre formé par les profilés (5).
