Claims (43)
- Abstreiferbaugruppe für eine Fixierstation (118) in einer Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100) mit:einem Halteelement (238, 638); undeiner Vielzahl von Rippenabschnitten (236, 636, 736), die mit dem Halteelement (238, 638) verbunden sind, wobei die Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) mindestens einen Schlitz bildet, und wobei der mindestens eine Schlitz derart konfiguriert ist, dass er ein Luftströmungsmuster zur Reduzierung der Kondensatbildung auf der Abstreiferbaugruppe erzeugt.
- Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) durch mindestens ein Fingerstück (132, 232, 632, 732), das an das Halteelement (238, 638) anschließt, vorgesehen ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Fingerstück (132, 232, 632, 732) einen Fußabschnitt (240, 640, 740) umfasst, der mit dem Halteelement (238, 638) und mit der Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) verbunden ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Fingerstück (132, 232, 632, 732) durch eine Fingerbaugruppe (630) gebildet wird ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zu dem mindestens einen ersten Schlitz (234, 634, 734) mindestens ein weiterer zweiter Schlitz angeordnet ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Winkel zu dem mindestens einen Schlitz (234, 634, 734) mindestens ein weiterer zweiter Schlitz angeordnet ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Schlitz (234, 634, 734) größer als der mindestens weitere zweite Schlitz ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der/die vorhandene/n Schlitz/e (234, 634, 734) einen offenen Gesamtbereich bildet/n, dass die Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) einen geschlossenen Gesamtbereich bilden, wobei das Verhältnis des offenen Gesamtbereichs zum geschlossenen Gesamtbereich gleich oder größer als ca. 1:1 ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis des offenen Gesamtbereichs zum geschlossenen Gesamtbereich im Bereich von ca. 1:1 bis 6:1 liegt. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der/die vorhandene/n eine Schlitz/e (234, 634, 734) einen offenen Gesamtbereich bildet/n, dass die Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) einen geschlossenen Gesamtbereich bilden, wobei der offene Gesamtbereich gleichmäßig über die Abstreiferbaugruppe verteilt ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem/den vorhandenen Schlitz/en (234, 634, 734) ein Eintrittschutzeinrichtung angeordnet ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintrittschutzeinrichtung in dem mindestens einen ersten Schlitz (234, 634, 734) angeordnet ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintrittschutzeinrichtung mindestens einen Laschenabschnitt (744) und einen winkligen Schlitzbereich (745) umfasst. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laschenabschnitt (744) und der winklige Schlitzbereich (745) integriert aus einem Stück ausgebildet sind, das den Fußabschnitt (740) und mindestens einen Rippenabschnitt (736) umfasst. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laschenabschnitt (744) derart angeordnet ist, dass er eine Vorderkante eines Bogens aus dem mindestens einen Schlitz (234, 634, 734) herausführt. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 13, die zudem einen Fußabschnitt (240, 640, 740) umfasst, der mit dem Halteelement (238, 638) und der Vielzahl von Rippen verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laschenabschnitt (744) mit einem der Fußabschnitte (240, 640, 740) und mit mindestens einem der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) verbunden ist, und dass sich der Laschenabschnitt (744) in den Schlitz erstreckt. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laschenabschnitt (744) einen Winkel α mit dem Fußabschnitt (740) bildet. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laschenabschnitt (744) einen Winkel α mit einem der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) bildet. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α größer als ca. fünf Grad ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 18,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) einen ersten Rippenabschnitt (736a) und einen zweiten Rippenabschnitt (736b) umfasst, wobei der erste Rippenabschnitt (736a) eine erste Schlitzkante (746) umfasst und wobei der zweite Rippenabschnitt (736b) eine zweite Schlitzkante (748) umfasst und wobei die erste Schlitzkante (746) und die zweite Schlitzkante (748) einen winkligen Schlitzbereich (745) bilden. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der ersten Schlitzkanten (746) und der zweiten Schlitzkanten (748) ein gerades Segment (750, 754) und ein winkliges Segment (752, 756) aufweisen. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) einen ersten Rippenabschnitt (736a) und einen zweiten Rippenabschnitt (736b) umfasst, wobei der erste Rippenabschnitt (736a) eine erste Schlitzkante (746) umfasst und wobei der zweite Rippenabschnitt (736b) eine zweite Schlitzkante (748) umfasst,
dass die erste Schlitzkante (746) ein erstes gerades Segment (750) aufweist, das in einem Winkel β zu einem ersten winkligen Segment (752) angeordnet ist,
dass die zweite Schlitzkante (748) ein zweites gerades Segment (754) aufweist, das in einem Winkel β' zu einem zweiten winkligen Segment (756) angeordnet ist, und dass das erstes winklige Segment (752) und das zweite winklige Segment (756) den winkligen Schlitzbereich (745) bilden. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Winkel β und β' größer als ca. zwei Grad ist. - Abstreiferbaugruppe nach Anspruch 24,

einer Abstreiferbaugruppe nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-27. - Belüftete Fixierstation (118) nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreiferbaugruppe, die in Wirkbeziehung derart angeordnet ist, dass sie einen Bogen S ergreift, wenn dieser aus dem Spaltbereich in einer Bogenrichtung austritt, dass die Abstreiferbaugruppe mindestens ein Fingerstück mit einer Vielzahl von Rippenabschnitten (236, 636, 736) aufweist, die mindestens einen Schlitz bilden, dass die Vielzahl der Rippenabschnitte (236, 636, 736) aus der Abstreiferbaugruppe zum Spaltbereich hervorstehen, und dass der mindestens eine Schlitz (234, 634, 734) derart konfiguriert ist, dass er ein Luftströmungsmuster erzeugt, das die Kondensatbildung auf der Abstreiferbaugruppe reduziert. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 28 oder 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Schlitz (234, 634, 734) im wesentlichen mit der Bogenrichtung ausgerichtet ist. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 28 oder 29,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreiferbaugruppe eine obere Abstreiferbaugruppe (128) und eine untere Abstreiferbaugruppe (126) umfasst, die zur Bildung einer Führungsbahn für den Bogen angeordnet sind. - Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100) mit einer belüfteten Fixierstation nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 28-32.
- Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreiferbaugruppe eine Vielzahl von Rippenabschnitten (236, 636, 736) umfasst, die eine Vielzahl von Schlitzen (234, 634, 734) bilden. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Schlitze (234, 634, 734) im wesentlichen mit der Bogenrichtung ausgerichtet ist. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Schlitze (234, 634, 734) in einem Winkel zur Bogenrichtung ausgerichtet ist. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Schlitze (234, 634, 734) eine erste Gruppe von Schlitzen und eine zweite Gruppe von Schlitzen umfasst, dass die erste Gruppe von Schlitzen im wesentlichen mit der Bogenrichtung ausgerichtet ist, und dass die zweite Gruppe von Schlitzen in einem Winkel mit der Bogenrichtung ausgerichtet ist. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der ersten oder zweiten Gruppe mindestens einen Schlitz umfasst. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vielzahl der Schlitze eine erste Gruppe von Schlitzen und eine zweite Gruppe von Schlitzen umfasst, und dass jeder Schlitz in der ersten Gruppe von Schlitzen eine Eintrittschutzeinrichtung aufweist. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 39,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Gruppe von Schlitzen in mindestens einem Bereich angeordnet ist, der einer Seitenkantenposition des Bogens entspricht. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 40,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bogen, der durch die Fixierstation (118) tritt, mittig ausgerichtet wird. - Belüftete Fixierstation nach Anspruch 40,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bogen, der durch die belüftete Fixierstation (118) tritt, an einer Kante ausgerichtet wird. - Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung (100) mit einer belüfteten Fixierstation (118) mit:einem Fotoleiter (102);einem primären Lader (108), der in Wirkbeziehung angeordnet ist, um den Fotoleiter (102) elektrostatisch zu laden;einer Belichtungsvorrichtung (110), die in Wirkbeziehung angeordnet ist, um die Belichtungsvorrichtung (110) optisch zu belichten und auf dem Fotoleiter (102) ein elektrostatisches Bild auszubilden;einer Tonerstation (112), die in Wirkbeziehung angeordnet ist, um Toner auf den Fotoleiter (102) aufzutragen, wobei der Toner derart geladen ist, dass er an dem elektrostatischen Bild haftet;einem Übertragungslader (114), der in Wirkbeziehung benachbart zu dem Fotoleiter (102) angeordnet ist, um den Toner von dem Fotoleiter (102) auf den Bogen zu übertragen; undeiner Fixierstation (118), die in Wirkbeziehung angeordnet ist, um den Bogen von dem Übertragungslader zu übernehmen und den Toner auf dem Bogen aufzuschmelzen,eine Andruckwalze (122);eine Fixierwalze (124), die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie einen Spaltbereich mit der Andruckwalze (122) bildet; undeine Abstreiferbaugruppe, die in Wirkbeziehung angeordnet ist, um den aus dem Spaltbereich in Bogenrichtung austretenden Bogen zu ergreifen, wobei die Abstreiferbaugruppe mindestens ein Fingerstück (132, 232, 632, 732) mit einer Vielzahl von Rippenabschnitten (236, 636, 736) aufweist, die mindestens einen Schlitz (234, 634, 734) bilden, und wobei mindestens ein Schlitz (234, 634, 734) derart konfiguriert ist, dass er ein Luftströmungsmuster erzeugt, das die Kondensatbildung auf der Abstreiferbaugruppe reduziert.
