Claims (5)
- Drucktuch für Offset-Druck-Anwendungen für den Einsatz zum Bedrucken von oberflächenstrukturierten und deformationsgefährdeten Bedruckmaterialien, mit einer dem Druckzylinder zugeordneten Basisschicht (1), einer kompressiblen, Gaseinschlüsse (5) aufweisenden Zwischenschicht (2) aus Elastomer oder thermoplastischem Elastomer und mit einer außenliegenden, dem Bedruckmaterial zugewandten Außenschicht (3), wobei die Zwischenschicht (2) direkt unter Verwendung eines Haftvermittlers (6) und/oder unter Einsatz einer Ausgleichsschicht (7) mit der Außenschicht (3) verbunden ist, deren Dicke im Vergleich zur kompressiblen Zwischenschicht (2) gering ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kompressible Zwischenschicht (2) geschlossenporig ausgebildet ist, dass Parameter wie Porenanteil und Dicke der geschlossenporigen Zwischenschicht (2) derart eingestellt sind, dass bei Einwirkung eines Prüfdruckes von 1350 kPa eine Dickenreduzierung von 20 - 50 % der Ausgangsdicke des Drucktuches erreicht wird
dass das Verhältnis der Dicke der Außenschicht (3) zur Dicke der kompressiblen Zwischenschicht (2) 1 : 2,5 bis 1 : 7 beträgt. - Drucktuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Drucktuches größer als 2,0 mm, insbesondere zwischen 2,5 und 3,0 mm, gewählt ist.
- Drucktuch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter Einwirkung eines Prüfdruckes von 1350 kPa eine Reduzierung der Dicke des Drucktuches um 0,45 - 0,90 mm erfolgt.
- Drucktuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der kompressiblen Zwischenschicht (2) 1 - 2 mm beträgt.
- Drucktuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschicht (3) eine Shore-Härte kleiner als 55 ShA aufweist.
