Claims (8)
- Verschluss für eine mit einem Schraubstutzen mit Ausgießöffnung versehene Tonerflasche, der eine auf den Schraubstutzen aufgeschraubte Tonerflaschenaufnahme mit ringförmigem Auflageflansch aufweist, wobei der Auflageflansch mit einer Durchlassöffnung versehen die Aufschraubbewegung der Tonerflaschenaufnahme auf den Schraubstutzen begrenzt, wobei in der Tonerflaschenaufnahme ein Verschluss-Schieber zum Öffnen und Verschließen der Durchlassöffnung verstellbar geführt ist und wobei Dichtungselemente die Übergänge von dem Schraubstutzen zum Auflageflansch und vom Auflageflansch zum Schieber abdichten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungselemente (41,42) ringscheibenförmig ausgebildet und zu beiden Seiten des Auflageflansches (21) der Tonerflaschenaufnahme (20) angespritzt sind. - Verschluss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungselemente (41, 42) in Nuten (43) des Auflageflansches (11) teilweise versenkt angeordnet sind. - Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungselemente (41, 42) mittels eines die Durchlassöffnung (22) des Auflageflansches (21) abdeckenden Verbindungssteges (44) zu einem einstückigen U-förmigen Abdichtungselement (40) zusammengefasst sind. - Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss-Schieber (30) auf der dem Abdichtungselement (40, 41) zugekehrten Seite mit einer Auflaufschräge (31) versehen ist. - Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Verschluss-Schieber (30) zugekehrte Dichtungselement (41) oder der dem Verschluss-Schieber (30) zugekehrte Teil des Abdichtungselementes (40) zum Außenumfang hin abgeflacht ist. - Verschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss-Schieber (30) mit Pass- und/oder Presssitz in einer Aufnahmekammer (25) der Tonerflaschenaufnahme (20) verstellbar geführt ist. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Verschlusses nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tonerflaschenaufnahme (20) mit den Dichtungselementen (41, 42) oder dem Abdichtungselement (40) auf einer Zweikomponenten-Kunststoff-Spritzgussmaschine mit zwei Spritzstationen hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Spritzstation die Tonerflaschenaufnahme (20) mit Durchbrüchen (26) im Auflageflansch (21) aus einem ersten Kunststoff hergestellt wird und
dass danach in der zweiten Spritzstation die beiden Dichtungselemente (41, 42) bei freigegebenen Durchbrüchen (26) im Auflageflansch (21) von einer Seite der Tonerflaschenaufnahme (20) aus mit einem zweiten Kunststoff angespritzt werden.
