Claims (9)
- Elektrisch betätigbare Werkstück-Spannvorrichtung, umfassend einen an einem Spannkopf (1) angeordneten Elektroantrieb (2) zur Betätigung einer Gewindespindel (3), die mit einer im Spannkopf (1) angeordneten Stellmechanik (SM) für einen Spannarm (4) in Wirkverbindung steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in einem mit einem Boden (19) und Seitenwänden (11) versehenen Gehäuse (5) angeordnete Elektroantrieb (2) aus zwei sich in ihrer Leistung addierenden, synchron geschalteten und Drehachsen (8) aufweisenden Motoren (6) mit einem Durchmesser (D) gebildet ist, die mechanisch mit Einrichtungen (7) zur Wandlung ihrer Drehbewegung in eine translatorische Bewegung eines mit der Gewindespindel (3) wahlweise direkt oder indirekt in Wirkverbindung stehenden ersten Gliedes der Stellmechanik (SM) gekoppelt sind, wobei die Einrichtungen (7) zur Wandlung der Drehbewegung in eine translatorische Bewegung gebildet sind aus:einer zwischen den Motoren (6) drehbar gelagerten, mit einem Zahnrad (12) versehenen Hohlwelle (13),auf Abtriebswellen (14) der beiden Motoren (6) sitzenden, mit dem Zahnrad (12) der Hohlwelle (13) im Eingriff stehenden Antriebsritzeln (15),
daß sich die zur Geraden (10) parallel erstreckenden Seitenwände (11) des Gehäuses (5) mit einem Abstand (A) zueinander angeordnet sind, der geringfügig größer ist als der Durchmesser (D) der Motoren (6) und
daß das Zahnrad (12) und die mit diesem im Eingriff stehenden Antriebsritzel (15) am spannarmfernen Endbereich der Hohlwelle (13) angeordnet sind. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (A) der Seitenwände (11) gleich oder im wesentlichen gleich einer Breite (B) des auf dem Gehäuse (5) aufgesattelten Spannkopfes (1) ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (7) zur Wandlung der Drehbewegung in eine translatorische Bewegung ferner gebildet sind aus:einem zwischen der Hohlwelle (13) und der Gewinde spindel (3) angeordneten, mit der Hohlwelle (13) drehbaren und mit der Gewindespindel (3) im Eingriff stehenden Übertragungselement (16). - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement (16) in Form einer Kugelumlaufmutter ausgebildet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement (16) in einer topfartigen Erweiterung (17) am oberen Ende der Hohlwelle (13) angeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das spannarmferne Ende (18) der Hohlwelle (13) den Boden (19) des Gehäuses (5) durchgreift und mit einem Fremdantriebs-Anschlußelement (20) versehen ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spannarmferne, das spannarmferne Ende (18) der Hohlwelle (13), das Zahnrad (12) und die Antriebsritzel (15) aufnehmende Teil des Gehäuses (5) diesem als lösbares Gehäuseteil (5') zugeordnet ist. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer rückwärtigen Schmalseite (21) des Gehäuses (5) ein Steuerelektronikgehäuse (22) angeordnet ist, das mit im Spannkopf (1) angeordneten Endstellungsgebern (23) in Verbindung steht. - Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (5) im Bereich der Motoren (6) mit Wanddurchbrechungen (24) versehen ist.
