Claims (10)
- Filz zur Verwendung in einer Papiermaschine mit einem textilen Grund-Flächengebilde (20, 60, 100), das bezüglich der Laufrichtung der Papiermaschine Quer- (40) und Längsfäden (30) aufweist und auf das Fasern (90) zur Ausbildung einer Filzstruktur aufgenadelt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein Teil der Querfäden (40) eine gezwirnte Struktur (10) aufweist. - Filz nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die gezwirnte Struktur (10) einen im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei sie aus zumindest drei Monofilen (110) gebildet ist. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das textile Grund-Flächengebilde (20, 60, 100) zumindest zweilagig ausgebildet ist. - Filz nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwei oder mehr textile Grund-Flächengebilde (60) übereinander angeordnet sind und zwischen der oberen und unteren Lage Fasern eingebettet sind. - Filz nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Längs- (30) und/oder Querfäden (40) zumindest einer oberen Schicht (70) des textilen Grund-Flächengebildes (60, 100) mit Längs- (30) bzw. Querfäden (40) zumindest einer unteren Schicht (80) verbunden sind. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die gezwirnte Struktur (10) als mehrfach gezwirnte Struktur (50) ausgebildet ist. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die gezwirnte Struktur (10) als Mischstruktur ausgebildet ist, die Monofile (110) und gezwirnte und/oder mehrfach gezwirnte und/oder gesponnene und/oder geflochtene Multifile aufweist. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Monofile (110) zur Bildung der gezwirnten Struktur einen Durchmesser im Bereich von 0,1 mm bis 0,9 mm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,1 mm bis 0,5 mm und besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,1 mm bis 0,3 mm, haben. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die gezwirnte Struktur (10) einen mittleren äußeren Durchmesser aufweist, der im Bereich von 0,3 mm bis 1,0 mm, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,4 mm bis 0,8 mm und besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,4 mm bis 0,6 mm, liegt. - Filz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Querfadendichte oberhalb von 130 Querfäden pro 10 cm, bevorzugt im Bereich von 130 bis 200 Querfäden pro 10 cm und besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 140 bis 180 Querfäden pro 10 cm.
