    transmission means which are able to transmit information, in both directions, between said missile and a command unit; and
    said command unit being situated on the ground and being able to determine commands, for navigating said missile, on the basis of images of the landscape which are generated by said image sensor and are transmitted by said transmission means, the navigation commands thus determined by the command unit being transmitted to said navigation means by said transmission means, said command unit comprising:
    · an image projection system which projects, onto a screen (7) provided on the visor (V) of a helmet (C) worn by a person operating said guiding device, those images which are generated by said image sensor and are transmitted by said transmission means;
    · a sight-tracking device (6) for determining the image portion being viewed by said operator on an image which is projected onto said screen (7), said operator looking at the image portion corresponding to the part of the landscape towards which he wishes to navigate said missile; and
    · a calculation system determining the distance between the image portion viewed by the operator and the point in the landscape towards which the missile is directed on the image and determining, on the basis of this distance, navigation commands which allow said missile to be navigated towards the part of the landscape corresponding to said image portion being viewed,
    characterized in that said sight-tracking device (6) is the one specified in Claim 6.
