  • the hinges or leaves in a first frame side 17 and in the door 1 are arranged at the same distance from the ends or end-edges of the frame side 17 and the door 1 respectively and that the lock/bolt of the door 1 is arranged in between the end-edges of the door and the striker plate 44 arranged in the other frame side 18 is arranged in between the ends of the frame side, whereby the frame sides 17, 18 and the door 1 can be turned upside-down to be either right-hand hung or left-hand hung and/or openable outwards or inwards.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif monté sur les portes d'entrée des maisons et appartements permettant de fixer les portes côté droit ou côté gauche avec ouverture vers l'extérieur ou dans certains cas applicables avec ouverture vers l'intérieur, le dispositif comprenant des charnières réglables (2), de préférence des charnières de sécurité, réglables aussi bien dans le sens vertical que dans le sens latéral, un cadre (3) et une porte (1), les charnières (2) comportant une première partie (4) en forme de plaque et une deuxième partie (6) prévue pour fixation en partie sur la porte (1) et en partie sur le cadre (3), avec un premier battant (7) et un deuxième battant (8) reliés l'un à l'autre par un montant de charnière (9), le cadre (3) se composant de parties avec deux côtés cadre (17 et 18), une tête de cadre (19) et une seuil de porte ou pas de porte (5) dont la disposition permet un assemblage sur place et reliés à l'aide de dispositifs d'assemblage (36) de manière à former le cadre (3) d'une porte fixée à droite ou à gauche (1) et que les charnières (2) ou lesdits premier ou deuxième battants (7,8) sur un premier côté du cadre (17) et sur la porte (1) sont prévus pour être montés à la même distance des extrémités ou des rebords d'extrémité du côté du cadre (17) et de la porte (1) respectivement et une plaque d'impact (44) sur l'autre côté du cadre (18) est disposée entre les extrémités (37,38) du côté du cadre (18), caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie (4) des charnières (2) est fixée à la porte (1) à l'aide de dispositifs d'ancrage (24) et prévue en tant qu'ancrage pour un dispositif de sécurité (10) ou dispositif de verrouillage arrière et en tant que base pour le réglage (40) latéral de la porte (1), ladite deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2) étant fixée à un côté du cadre (17, 18), ledit deuxième battant (8) étant fixé au côté du cadre (17, 18) à l'aide de dispositifs de fixation (32, 34), ledit premier battant (7) dans la deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2) comportant une ouverture traversante (25) destinée au passage et au positionnement du dispositif de sécurité (10) dans ledit premier battant (7), ledit premier battant (7) dans la deuxième partie (6) des charnièrs (2) étant prévu pour fixation à la porte (1) à l'aide de fixations (28) et pour recouvrir ladite première partie (4) des charnières (2) et leurs ancrages à l'aide desdites fixations d'ancrage (24) et tout bord d'attaque sur la charnière (2) est recouvert par le montant de la charnière (9), ledit seuil ou pas de porte (5) permet de se prolonger sous l'extrémité inférieure (37) des côtés du cadre (17, 18) et que ladite tête (19) du cadre permet de se prolonger sur l'extrémité supérieure (38) des côtés (17, 18) du cadre, que les côtés (17, 18) du cadre peuvent être retournés de manière à pouvoir être fixés soit sur le côté droit soit sur le côté gauche et que ledit dispositif de sécurité (10) est utilisé pous faciliter la fixation de la porte (1) dans le cadre (3) ou à ladite deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2).
  2. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite ouverture traversante (25) comporte une partie élargie avec une ouverture plus large (45) et une partie moins large avec une plus petite ouverture et que la partie avec l'ouverture plus large (45) dans l'ouverture traversante (25) est tournée dans le sens dudit montant de la charnière (9).
  3. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première partie (4) des charnières (2) comporte des trous traversants (16) pour le passage desdits dispositifs d'ancrage (24), des trous traversants (23) pour le passage desdites fixations (28), un trou fileté (20) destiné audit dispositif de sécurité (10) et des cavités (21) destinées auxdits dispositifs de réglage latéral (40) de la porte (1).
  4. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ladite première partie (4) des charnières (2) comporte une image représentant un double trou pour lesdits trous traversants (23) et des cavités doubles (21) pour lesdits dispositifs de réglage (40).
  5. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits dispositifs de réglage (40) s'engagent dans ledit premier battant (7) de la deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2) et que lesdites cavités (21) font état d'un diamètre proportionnellement plus grand.
  6. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la porte (1) ou le panneau de porte fait état de deux surfaces de panneau (11, 12) et est retournable, de sorte que les côtés du cadre (17, 18) et la porte (1) peuvent être retournés de manière à pouvoir être montés soit sur la droite soit sur la gauche.
  7. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 1, 2 ou 4 caractérisé par le fait que ladite deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2) est retournable et que la porte (1) ou panneau de porte est réversible et fait état de deux surfaces de panneau (11, 12), de sorte que la porte (1) peut être fixée soit sur la droite soit sur la gauche, pouvant s'ouvrir vers l'extérieur ou vers l'intérieur.
  8. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites surfaces de panneau (11, 12) de la porte (1) sont uniformes et capables d'être tournées soit vers l'extérieur soit vers l'intérieur, outre le vitrage existant sur la porte (1).
  9. Dispositif conformément à la revendication 1, 7 ou 8 caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'une porte (1) s'ouvrant vers l'intérieur peut être utilisé pour une porte (1) s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur grâce à un profilé sur la partie inférieure de la porte (1) qui sert de rebord de drainage et un côté supérieur (35) du pas de porte (5) comportant un profilé pour l'écoulement des eaux de pluie du dispositif.
  10. Dispositif conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit deuxième battant (8) dans la deuxième partie (6) des charnières (2) comporte des languettes tournées vers l'intérieur ou obliques (33) pour les dispositifs de fixation (34).
