Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic system for one hydraulic consumer table or Like., In particular operating table, with at least one Pump, which is optionally available to consumers via valves provides a flow from a tank.
- Tables with a mechanical valve are also known and a foot pump, which is also in the same hydraulic circuit also equipped with an electric pump could be.
- Emergency operation is completely without electronics possible, but the ease of use is normal limited by the fact that the mechanical valve by hand or foot must be operated.
- a convenient manual switch, especially by infrared transmission is not or possible with only disproportionate effort.
- Another negative aspect of the previously known technology is the first fail safety of the hydraulic installation in terms of securing the hydraulic cylinders against unintentional adjustment. For this it can apart from malfunction of the electrical control, give two causes. On the one hand there can be leaks in the valves come in, causing the cylinders to load can adjust, on the other hand, it can damage the Lines come to the cylinder, causing the cylinder in the worst case suddenly gives way.
- the object of the invention is to provide a solution with tables with several hydraulic consumers, especially operating tables, even if there are defects in the electrical or electronic system operated safely can be, whereby in the defect-free normal operation a comfortable operation should be guaranteed.
- This task is accomplished with a hydraulic system at the outset designated type solved according to the invention in that a first funding route between the tank and the consumers with an electrically operated pump and electrically actuated valves and a separate second conveying path with a mechanical pump, especially a foot pump and is provided with mechanical valves, between the consumers and the electrically operated valves or the mechanical valves switch valves arranged are such that the flow to the respective consumer either from the electrically operated pump or the foot pump is provided.
- a hydraulic system for one Table especially an operating table which two working separately Pumps with valve system used.
- About the foot pump and the mechanical valves is always without further preparation complete operation of the table possible, no matter what component of the electrical system fails.
- the table with the electrical Components with contemporary ease of use full manual control and the option of infrared remote control.
- the two are linked System components virtually automatic via the changeover valves, without the user noticing, i.e. if that electrical system fails, the user can immediately do that activate the mechanical system via the foot pump and the respective component by setting the actuate the mechanical valve without any further Action is needed.
- the only conceivable error of these changeover valves is an increased leakage rate in operation (e.g. due to contamination), but this is for the Function of the table irrelevant.
- the mechanical valves from a Gate valve with an inlet connected to the tank and several outputs connected to the changeover valves are formed. It is particularly preferred provided that the slide valve has a cylinder side exits and a piston that can be moved inside having a piston rod, wherein in the piston rod continuous inner bore is formed as an input.
- the switch valve preferably has on the underside an input from the respective outlet of the slide valve and thus in alignment on the opposite side Input from the associated electrically operated valve and crosswise to an exit to the respective consumer, the inputs at rest by means of a common Lock ball are closed.
- the changeover valves are particularly preferred and the slide valve a common assembly, whereby formed a very compact assembly which is simple and space-saving in the substructure of the Operating table can be integrated.
- This configuration is the hydraulic oil of the foot pump through the Inner bore of the piston rod and the piston depending on Position the slide valve from below in one of the changeover valves headed.
- the hydraulic oil of the electric pump is contrasted with hydraulic pipes and fittings directed into the respective changeover valve from above.
- the consumers are connected to the changeover valves via cables connected.
- the in the changeover valves arranged balls either give the input from the slide valve or the input from the screw connection to the solenoid valve or close it.
- the hydraulic oil is transferred from the respective changeover valve Hoses and / or hydraulic pipes to the respective consumer (e.g. hydraulic cylinder).
- the respective consumer e.g. hydraulic cylinder
- each consumer with two consecutively arranged Check valves equipped that act redundant. This two valves in turn form a very compact unit in one housing. This means that the hydraulic oil must go through two blocking stages in succession, one Leakage of one step does not affect the Functions.
- the check valves In extreme cases, even the hydraulic hoses in the Table can be severed without making it a direct one Security risk comes.
- FIG. 1 Only the lower part of an operating table is shown in FIG. 1 shown without side panels, which initially has a chassis frame 1 with castors 2. On this frame 1, a table column 3 is arranged, which equipped with a height-adjustable cover plate 4 is on the top of an operating table, not shown can be assembled.
- the hydraulic system first has a tank 9 on.
- a mechanical foot pump is integrated in this tank 9, which via a shaft 10 with a foot pump lever 11 is connected.
- the hydraulic system also has one electric pump, preferably an electrohydraulic Pump 12, which via a suction line 13 with the Tank 9 is connected.
- the hydraulic system points between the tank 9 and the Consumers (cylinders 5 and 6 and lifting cylinders) two Conveyance routes, the first of which is the electric pump 12 and the second conveying path is the mechanical foot pump includes.
- the second delivery path starts from the tank 9 with the Foot pump has a pressure line 14 formed as a tube, which is designed as a flexible hose line further pressure line 15 opens.
- These pressure lines 14, 15 make a connection between the tank 9 via the Foot pump to mechanically operated switching valves, which depending on the position of the mechanically operated switching valves a connection with the respective consumer produce.
- These mechanically operated switching valves are of a slide valve 16 in the embodiment formed, the structure of which is best shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 is shown.
- This slide valve 16 has a cylinder 17, in which a piston rod 18 with piston 19 is guided, the piston rod 18 with a continuous Inner bore 20 is provided as the input in the slide valve 16 is used, for which purpose a connecting element 21 is provided with the end of the pressure line 15 of the foot pump is connected.
- Switch lever 22 shown, the embodiment of three actuators on a common Welded structure is formed.
- This switch lever 22nd is a display element 23 for displaying the selected position of the slide valve 16 is provided, also a Connecting rod 24 for connecting the switching lever 22 provided with the piston rod 18 of the slide valve 16.
- the first delivery route from the tank 9 via the electric pump 12 contains in addition to the suction line 13 from the tank 9 to the electric pump 12 a pressure line 25, which is too electrical actuatable solenoid valves 26 which serve, depending after actuation of the respective solenoid valve 26 a Connection between the tank 9 via the electric pump 12 to the respective hydraulic consumer put.
- a hand switch 40 To operate the electric pump 12 and the solenoid valves 26 is otherwise indicated in Fig. 1, a hand switch 40.
- connection of the two delivery routes from tank 9 to Consumers take place in such a way that between the electrical actuated solenoid valves 26 and the mechanical valves, i.e. the slide valve 16 switching valves 27 are provided are used to stop the flow from the tank 9th to the respective consumer either from the electric pump 12 via the first conveying path or the foot pump via the to provide a second funding route.
- These switch valves 27 are preferred in the illustrated embodiment formed as a unit with the slide valve 16.
- Across each changeover valve 27 points to the inputs 28 and 29 an output 31, the inputs 28 and 29 are in the rest position each with a common locking ball 32 closed.
- the outputs 31 of the changeover valves 27 the connections 7 for the lifting cylinder, not shown connected and on the other hand the pressure lines 8, the lead to other consumers via connections 33, i.e. to cylinders 5 and 6.
- connections 33 i.e. to cylinders 5 and 6.
- the check valves 35 and 36 are redundant trained, i.e. the hydraulic oil must be in sequence go through two blocking levels, a leak of one level does not impair the function.
- the check valves 35, 36 to the cylinders 5 and 6 via the pipes 37 can in extreme cases the hydraulic hoses 34 are severed in the table, without a direct security risk.
- an electric valve connected in parallel to the electric pump 12 38 with bypass line 39 may be provided.
- the electric pump 12 is then via this solenoid valve 38 the foot pump is depressurized.
- the foot pump is then at a standstill again of the electric pump 12 applicable.
- both the foot pump and the electric pump 12 at the same time can be operated so that it is possible, depending on the position the solenoid valves 26 and the spool valve 16 simultaneously to operate several functions of the operating table.
- Fig. 3 are moreover with 41 connections Collection of the returned hydraulic oil (valves and Electric pump).
