- Elément de mélange statique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 19, dans lequel le canal de mélangeur présente une section transversale sensiblement polygonale et en particulier dans lequel celui-ci présente une section transversale carrée.
- Elément de mélange statique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les ailettes de mélangeur (4a, 4A, 4b, 4B) s'étendent chacune sur un angle d'au moins 90° dans le canal de mélangeur (2) autour d'un axe central du canal de mélangeur (2), et en particulier sur un angle d'au moins 120°, et en particulier sur un angle de 180°.
- Elément de mélange statique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les ailettes de mélangeur (4a, 4A, 4b, 4B) et/ou le canal de mélangeur (2) sont fabriqués en matière plastique, et en particulier dans lequel ceux-ci sont fabriqués en matière plastique par le procédé de moulage par injection.
- Mélangeur statique (12) avec au moins un élément de mélange statique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendication précédentes.
- Mélangeur statique (12) selon la revendication 24, comportant en outre une enceinte (13) destinée à recevoir le au moins un élément de mélange statique (1), et en particulier comportant une buse de sortie (14).
- Utilisation de l'élément de mélange statique (1) ou du mélangeur statique (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour le mélange de substances à viscosité élevée, en particulier pour le mélange de PU à viscosité élevée avec des accélérateurs de prise.
