Claims (11)
- Schwenkfräsmaschine miteinem Maschinenständer (1),einem daran angeordneten Maschinentisch (2) mit einer Tischöffnung (14) für ein Fräswerkzeug (13, 13'),einem auf dem Maschinentisch (2) angeordneten Fräsanschlag (7), undeiner im Maschinenständer (1) montierten Fräseinrichtung, die eine von einem Spindelmotor (44) getriebene, das Fräswerkzeug (13, 13') tragende Frässpindel (31) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durcheine mehrachsig verstellbare Lagereinrichtung (30) zur verschwenkbaren, in vertikaler Höhenrichtung (H) und horizontaler Tiefenrichtung (T) bezogen auf den Maschinentisch (2) verstellbaren Lagerung der Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44).
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen einen Teil des Maschinentisches (1) bildenden Einsatzschieber (15),der die Tischöffnung (14) für das Fräswerkzeug (13, 13') zumindest teilweise bildet,dessen Oberseite in einer Ebene mit der Arbeitsfläche (3) des Maschinentisches (2) angeordnet ist, undder in Tiefenrichtung (T) verschiebbar und mit der Lagereinrichtung (30) für die Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44) derart gekoppelt ist, daß eine Tiefenverschiebung der Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44) in eine synchrone Tiefenverstellung des Einsatzschiebers (15) umsetzbar ist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatzschieber (15) in seiner Position relativ zur Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44) verstellbar ist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (30) einen in Tiefenrichtung des Maschinentisches (T) verstellbaren Basisträger (33), einen darin höhenverstellbar gelagerten Zwischenträger (35) und einen im Zwischenträger (35) um eine horizontale, parallel zur Vorschubrichtung (V) des Werkstückes durch die Fräsmaschine liegende Schwenkachse (40) verschwenkbaren Spindelträger (39) aufweist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenträger (35) und der Spindelträger (39) mittels Verstellmotoren (37, 41) verstellbar sind.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisträger (33) manuell, vorzugsweise mittels eines Handspindeltriebes (47) verstellbar ist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Relativverstellung des Einsatzschiebers (15) zur Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44) über eine manuelle Verstelleinrichtung, insbesondere über eine mit dem Basisträger (33) kooperierende Verstellspindel (50) erfolgt.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslaufbacken (9) des Fräsanschlages (7) in Tiefenrichtung (T) fest, dessen Einlaufbacken (8) variabel einstellbar sind.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fräseinrichtung (13, 13', 31, 44) in einem Winkel (S) zwischen -45° und +95° in der Lagereinrichtung (30) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Werkstückvorschubeinrichtung (22) oberhalb des Maschinentisches (2) an einer am Maschinenständer (1) höhenverstellbar geführten Lagersäule (17) angeordnet ist, die motorisch auf- und abfahrbar gelagert ist.
- Schwenkfräsmaschine nach der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frässpindel (31) in den Spindelmotor (44) integriert ist.
