Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Fadenzugkraft eines laufenden Fadens (1) in einer automatischen Wickeleinrichtung, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Rechenspanner (16), der einerseits stationäre und andererseits verstellbare jeweils an den Faden (1) angreifende Fadenspannelemente (14, 14', 14''; 34, 34', 34'') aufweist, und eine bestromte elektrische Spule (18, 39) umfaßt, mittels der die Fadenzugkraft abhängig von der Bestromung beeinflußbar ist sowie eine Regeleinrichtung (9), die die elektrische Spule (18, 39) zur Erzielung einer Stellgröße bestromt, wobei sowohl die verstellbaren Fadenspannelemente (14, 14',14''; 34, 34', 34'') als auch die elektrische Spule (18, 39) auf einem gemeinsamen drehbaren Teil angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das drehbare Teil ein Schwenkhebel (10, 31) ist,
daß der Schwenkbereich der elektrischen Spule (18, 39) von einem Luftspalt (46, 49) gleich bleibender Spaltbreite umfaßt ist und daß dem Luftspalt (46, 49) eine Magnetanordnung (20, 21, 44, 45) zugeordnet ist, die zur Erzeugung von den Luftspalt (46, 49) im wesentlichen senkrecht durchquerenden Magnetfeldlinien (23, 47) dient. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (10, 31) zweiarmig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein erster Hebelarm (13, 32) als Tragkörper für die verstellbaren Fadenspannelemente (14, 14', 14''; 34, 34', 34'') und ein zweiter Hebelarm (17, 33) als Tragkörper für die elektrische Spule (18, 39) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbaren Fadenspannelemente (14, 14', 14''; 34, 34', 34'') und die elektrische Spule (18, 39) weitgehend diametral zur Schwenkachse des Schwenkhebels (10, 31) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnetanordnung (20, 21, 44, 45) und die elektrische Spule (18, 39) derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, daß der Schwenkhebel (10, 31) mit einem dem Spulenstrom proportionalen Drehmoment beaufschlagt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnetanordnung mindestens zwei Magnete (20, 21; 44, 45) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnete (20, 21; 44, 45) Permanentmagnete sind.
