Claims (7)
- Zapfkopf zur Entnahme von unter Gasdruck stehenden Getränken, bestehend aus einem in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten Verschlußbolzen (2), der von einem Schieber (4) umgeben ist, der mittels eines Betätigungshebels (5) auf und ab in die Anschlagstellung bewegbar ist , und einem CO2-Anschluß (14) für das Fördergas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuse (1) ein Verschlußbolzen (2) angeordnet ist, der von einem auf- und abbeweglichen Schieber (4) umgeben ist, der am faßseitigen Ende im angeschlagenen Zustand an einer am unteren Teil des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten Flanschdichtung (21) abdichtend anliegt und im angeschlagenen Zustand der Stößel (19) am Verschlußbolzen (2) mittels eines O-Ringes (19a) dichtend anliegt.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußbolzen (2) durch eine Befestigungsschraube (3) mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbunden ist und daß zwischen dem Verschlußbolzen (2) und dem Schieber (4) ein Getränkekanal (9) vorgesehen ist, der mit einem zum Ausschank führenden Getränkeanschluß (8) verbunden ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 2 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am CO2-Anschluß (14) ein CO2-Schalter ( 17) angeordnet ist, der ein Rückschlagventil (15) mit einem Anschluß- und Betätigungsbolzen (16) betätigt, wobei das Rückschlagventil (15) in einen Förderkanal (20) für das CO2-Gas im Schieber (4) mündet, wobei der Förderkanal (20) in der angeschlagenen Position des Zapfkopfes in das Faßinnere führt und in abgeschlagener Position bei geschlossenem Rückschlagventil (15) mit der Atmosphäre verbunden ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der CO2-Schalter (17) eine Nutenführung aufweist, die mit einer Schalt- bzw. Schalterführung (18) im Gehäuse (1) bei Auf- und Abbewegung des Betätigungshebels (5) eingreift, wobei in der abgeschlagenen oder oberen Stellung der Betätigungshebel (5) das Rückschlagventil (15) geschlossen ist und in der unteren, angeschlagenen Stellung der Betätigungshebel (5) das Rückschlagventil (15) öffnet.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (5) über eine Schenkelfeder (10) mit einem Arretierungshebel (11) verbunden ist, der in der oberen Stellung in eine Arretierungsbohrung (12) und in der unteren Stellung in eine Arretierungsbohrung (13) einrastet.
- Zapfkopf nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß anstelle der Flanschdichtung (21) am unteren Ende des Schiebers (4) eine flexible Manschette (22) mit einem Wulst (23) angeordnet ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem automatischen Zapfkopf das Innere des Verschlußkörpers den Durchgang der Getränkeleitung bzw. der Reinigungsleitung bildet, wobei der Schieber (27) mit dem Stößel (28) durch eine federbelastete, pneumatische Einrichtung (24, 25, 26) betätigt wird, und daß im angeschlagenen Zustand der Schieber (27) mit seinem unteren Ende (27a) an der Flanschdichtung (21) dichtend anliegt.
