Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Wiedersuspendierung eines Sediments (3), das durch Ablagerung eine Schicht auf dem Grund eines Rohöltanks (1) mit Schwimmdach (2) gebildet hat, wobei besagtes Schwimmdach (2) viele, gleichmäßig auf der Oberfläche verteilte Stützenlöcher (4) aufweist, wobei besagte Löcher (4) die Befestigung der Stützen, die das Dach (2) durch Auflage auf dem Tankboden (1b) tragen sollen, mit dem Dach (2) ermöglichen, wenn die Füllhöhe des Rohöls im Tank (1) niedriger ist, als die Länge der Stützen, bei dem:- man den Tank (1) bis zu einer bestimmten Höhe, in einer bestimmten Entfernung von der maximalen Höhe des Sediments (3) auf dem Tankboden (1b) entfernt mit Rohöl füllt,- man das Rohöl durch mindestens eine Pumpe (8) mit einer Gesamtstundenleistung von V/n in den Tank (1) saugt, wobei V das im Tank (1) verbleibende Volumen unter dem Schwimmdach (2) ist,- man das gepumpte Rohöl durch Einspritzen mittels Strahlrohren (5), die durch die Schwimmdächer (2) getragen und im Tank (1) senkrecht über dem Sediment (3) eingesetzt werden, in den Tank (1) leitet, wobei jedes der Strahlrohre (5) unter dem Schwimmdach (2) eine Länge aufweist, die kleiner ist als die festgelegte Entfernung, und um seine Achse in einer Drehbewegung angetrieben wird, an seinem unteren Ende verschlossen ist und eine Vielzahl an Düsen aufweist, die sich in Bezug auf den Tankboden (1b) in unterschiedlicher Höhe befinden, wobei der Strahl (8a) der unteren Düsen auf den Tankboden (1b) gerichtet wird und der Austrittsquerschnitt eines Strahlrohrs (5) so klein ist, dass der durch die Leistung der Pumpe(n) (8) entstehende Austrittsdruck des Rohölstrahls so stark ist, dass sich das durch ein Strahlrohr (5) entstehende Wirbelvolumen mit den Wirbelvolumen der danebenliegenden Strahlrohre (5) überschneidet.- man das Verfahren so lange fortsetzt, bis die Dichte des gepumpten Rohöls einen Wert erreicht hat, bei dem das Sediment (3) fast vollständig wiedersuspendiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagte festgelegte Entfernung ungefähr 2 bis 5 Meter beträgt, wobei die Anzahl n ungefähr zwischen 8 und 15 liegt, und dadurch, dass die Strahlrohre (5) bei einer Geschwindigkeit zwischen 0,25 und 4 Umdrehungen/Minute in einer Drehbewegung angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) unteren Düsen jedes Strahlrohrs in Höhe 20 bis 50 cm Höhe über der durchschnittlichen Höhe der Sedimentschicht (3) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf jedem Strahlrohr (5) auf der gesamten Länge verteilt mehrere Düsen anordnet, damit die gesamte Höhe der flüssigen Rohölschicht im Tank (1) durch das von einem Strahlrohr (5) erzeugte Wirbelvolumen erreicht wird.
- Vorrichtung mit Tank (1) mit Schwimmdach (2) zur Wiedersuspendierung eines Sediments für den Einsatz eines Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 1 bis 3, wobei das Sediment (3) durch Ablagerung auf dem Boden des Tanks (1) eine Rohöl enthaltende Schicht gebildet hat, wobei besagtes Schwimmdach (2) viele, gleichmäßig auf ihrer Fläche verteilte Stützenlöcher (4) aufweist, wobei besagte Löcher (4) die Befestigung der Stützen, die das Dach (2) tragen sollen, am Dach (2) durch Auflage auf dem Tankboden (1b) ermöglicht, wenn die Füllhöhe des Rohöls im Tank (1) niedriger ist, als die Länge der Stützen, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner mindestens eine Pumpe (8) zum Ansaugen des Rohöls in den Tank umfasst, Strahlrohre (5), die vom Schwimmdach (2) getragen und senkrecht in den Tank (1) eingesetzt werden, um das gepumpte Rohöl wieder in den Tank zu füllen, wobei jedes Strahlrohr (5) in einer Drehbewegung um seine Achse mit einer Geschwindigkeit zwischen 0,25 und 4 Umdrehungen/Minute angetrieben wird, an seinem unteren Ende verschlossen ist und mehrere Düsen aufweist, die sich in Bezug auf den Tankboden (1b) in unterschiedlicher Höhe befinden, wobei der Strahl (8a) der oberen Düsen zum Schwimmdach (2) gerichtet wird und die Strahlrohre (5) an Stelle der Stützen in den Muffen der Stützenlöcher (4) des Schwimmdachs (2) des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Strahlrohr (5) drei Düsenhöhen aufweisen, wobei eine Düse in mittlerer Höhe einen deutlich waagrechten Strahl (8b) erzeugt, wohingegen die oberen und unteren Düsen in Bezug auf die Achse des die Düse tragenden Strahlrohrs (5) einen 50° bis 70° geneigten Strahl (8a, 8c) erzeugen.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder Düsenhöhe zwei Düsen diametral einander gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe(n), die das Rohöl in den Tank (1) saugt (saugen) (nt), volumetrisch ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Pumpen (8) umfasst, vor denen sich mindestens ein Filter (9) und hinter denen sich jeweils ein Verteiler (12) befindet, die die Flüssigkeit über ihre Austrittskanäle zu einem Behälter (13) pumpen, der p Strahlrohre (5) versorgt, wobei p für alle Behälter (13) der Vorrichtung die gleiche ganze Zahl ist.
