Claims (10)
- a) 정유공정으로부터 얻어지는 상압잔사유, 감압잔사유 및 감압가스오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 열매체유를 원유저장탱크 내에서 축적되어 있는 슬러지에 대하여 3:1∼20:1의 체적비로 공급하는 단계;b) 상기 도입된 열매체유 및 슬러지를 교반 또는 비교반하면서 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물 전체의 온도가 균일한 분포를 나타낼 때까지 슬러지를 용융시키는 단계;c) 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물을 상기 탱크 또는 상기 탱크와 연결된 별도의 분리탱크 내에서 정체시켜 이물질을 침적시키는 단계; 및d) 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물 내의 오일유분(recovered oil)을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계는 50∼130℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 c) 단계는 60∼130℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계 중 원유저장탱크로 유입되는 열매체유의 온도가 80∼130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열매체유의 비점이 250∼580℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열매체유의 비중이 0.9∼1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일정한 간격을 두고 격치되어 있는 복수개의 열전쌍 팁(thermocouple tip)을 포함하는 슬러지 레벨 지시계를 상기 원유저장탱크 내에 설치하고, 상기 슬러지 레벨 지시계의 바닥 팁의 온도가 상단 팁과 일치하는 시점이 상기 b) 단계의 종료시점으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회수된 오일을 연료유, 선박유 또는 2차 처리공정의 공급원료(feed)로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리탱크가 스트립핑 탱크인 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
- a) 열매체유 저장탱크로부터 펌프 및 열교환기의 가동 하에 슬러지가 축적된 원유저장탱크로 상압잔사유, 감압잔사유 및 감압가스오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 열매체유를 슬러지에 대하여 3:1∼20:1의 체적비로 공급하는 단계, 상기에서 상기 열매체유 저장탱크 내에 저장된 열매체유의 온도가 50℃ 이상인 경우에는 상기 펌프 및 열교환기의 가동 하에 직접 상기 원유저장탱크로 공급하고, 50℃ 미만인 경우에는 상기 펌프 및 열교환기의 가동 하에 분리탱크로 50∼130℃의 온도까지 순환시킨 후에 상기 원유저장탱크로 공급함;b) 상기 공급된 열매체유로 슬러지를 50∼130℃에서 교반하면서 용융시키는 단계, 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물은 상기 원유저장탱크 내에 설치되고, 복수의 열전쌍을 포함하는 슬러지 레벨 지시계의 바닥 팁의 온도가 상단 팁의 온도와 일치할 때까지 용융되며, 상기 용융단계 중 상기 온도범위를 유지하기 위하여 상기 열교환기의 가동 하에 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물을 순환시킴;c) 상기 용융된 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물을 상기 원료저장탱크와 연결된 분리탱크로 공급하는 단계;d) 상기 분리탱크 내에서 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지의 혼합물을 60∼130℃에서 정체시켜 이물질을 침적시키는 단계;e) 상기 열매체유 및 슬러지 혼합물 내의 오일유분을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 원유탱크 내의 슬러지를 제거하고 이로부터 오일을 회수하는 방법.
