Description
Claims (11)
- Plaque latérale pour un échangeur de chaleur, comprenant une partie âme allongée généralement plane (20), deux parties de paroi latérale intérieures (30, 31) et deux parties de paroi latérale extérieures (32, 33), dans laquelle ladite partie âme (20) se joint auxdites parties de paroi latérale intérieures (30, 31), chaque dite partie de paroi latérale intérieure (30, 31) se joignant à une extrémité à une dite partie de paroi latérale extérieure respective (32, 33), lesdites parties de paroi latérale intérieures et extérieures s'étendant hors du plan de ladite partie âme, et au moins une (33) desdites parties de paroi latérale extérieures s'étendant au delà de ladite partie âme (20) caractérisée en ce que chaque dite partie de paroi latérale intérieure (30, 31) a une face extérieure telle que la partie de paroi latérale extérieure (32, 33) correspondante est située le long de ladite face extérieure.
- Plaque latérale selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chaque dite partie de paroi latérale intérieure (30, 31) s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de ladite partie âme (20).
- Plaque latérale selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite face extérieure de ladite partie de paroi latérale intérieure (30, 31) s'étend jusqu'à une face extérieure (23) de ladite partie âme (20), et qui comprend une matière de revêtement de brasage appliquée sur ladite face extérieure de ladite partie âme.
- Plaque latérale selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle chaque dite partie de paroi latérale extérieure (32, 33) a une face respective éloignée de la partie de paroi latérale intérieure respective (30, 31), et il n'est pas appliqué de matière de revêtement de brasage sur ladite face.
- Echangeur de chaleur caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un collecteur (4), un réservoir (6), une série de tubes (8) disposés pour relier le collecteur (4) au réservoir (6), une série d'ailettes (12, 16) destinées à espacer les tubes (8), ces ailettes s'étendant le long de la longueur des tubes, dans lequel lesdits tubes (8) comprennent au moins un tube extérieur (14), ledit tube extérieur ayant un bord extérieur et une première ailette (16) sur ce bord extérieur, une plaque latérale (18) telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 4 s'étendant entre ledit collecteur (4) et ledit réservoir (6) et ayant la partie âme (20) en prise avec ladite première ailette (16), cette plaque latérale (18) ayant un revêtement de brasage sur une face (23) de ladite partie âme, dans lequel la partie âme (20) a une certaine épaisseur et la plaque latérale (18) a une aile (22) du double de ladite épaisseur, ladite aile (22) s'étendant au delà de ladite partie âme (20) pour former une partie de support d'ailette (26).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 5, ayant une deuxième aile (24) opposée à ladite aile (22), ladite deuxième aile (24) ayant une épaisseur double de ladite épaisseur de ladite partie âme (20).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ladite plaque latérale (18) est formée à partir d'une seule feuille de matière, et ladite aile (22, 24) comprend deux couches de ladite matière qui se joignent le long d'une ligne de pliage.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 5, qui est un radiateur.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 5, qui est un refroidisseur d'air de suralimentation.
- Echangeur de chaleur caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier distributeur (104) ayant une certaine longueur et une certaine largeur transversale et un deuxième distributeur (106), un noyau d'échangeur de chaleur (102) ayant une épaisseur inférieure à ladite largeur, ledit noyau comprenant une série de tubes (108, 114) et une série d'ailettes (112, 116), dans lequel lesdits tubes comprennent au moins un tube extérieur ayant un bord extérieur (114), ledit tube extérieur ayant une première ailette (116) sur son bord extérieur, une plaque latérale (118) telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 4 est placée entre lesdits distributeurs, la partie âme (120) ayant une face en prise avec ladite première ailette, un revêtement de brasage étant appliqué sur ladite face, et dans lequel ladite plaque latérale (118) a une première partie (122) ayant une première largeur sensiblement égale à ladite épaisseur du noyau et une deuxième partie (132) ayant une deuxième largeur supérieure à ladite première largeur, dans lequel la partie âme (120) a une première épaisseur et la première partie (122) de la plaque latérale a une aile (128) du double de ladite première épaisseur, ladite aile s'étendant au delà de ladite partie âme pour former une partie de support d'ailette.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 10, dans lequel une patte de support d'ailette (134) s'étend à partir de ladite partie âme (120) dans ladite première partie de ladite plaque latérale.
