Abstract

Tête d'écriture comprenant une pluralité de chambres de pression (2a, 2b, 2c), qui communiquent avec une busette et un orifice d'alimentation en encre; des parois vibrantes (3a, 3b, 3c); et une pluralité d'éléments piézoélectriques (7a, 7b, 7c) qui comportent des électrodes externes (8a, 9a) et qui sont réunis aux parois vibrantes correspondantes. Chaque élément piézoélectrique présente une région active (12a), dans laquelle une distorsion interne est générée par l'application d'une tension entre les électrodes externes, et des régions inactives (10a, 11a), dans lesquelles aucune distorsion n'est générée par l'application d'une tension. Chaque élément piézoélectrique est réuni à une chambre de pression par l'intermédiaire de la région active et d'une paroi vibrante et à l'autre chambre de pression par l'intermédiaire des régions inactives.
