Claims (11)
- Kabelverbindung zwischen zwei Gestängeschüssen eines Schneckenbohrers, die über eine drehfeste Kupplung winkelfest in einer vorgegebenen Koppelposition lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Gestängeschüsse ein Innen- und ein die Wendel tragendes Aussenrohr aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass in jedem Gestängeschuss (12, 13) zwischen Innen- und Aussenrohr (16, 15) ein Kabel (18) geführt ist, dass das Aussenrohr (15) an seinen beiden Enden mit jeweils einer Durchtrittsöffnung (19, 20) im Rohrmantel des Aussenrohres (15) versehen ist,dass die beiden Durchtrittsöffnungen (19, 20) winkelfest in vorgegebener Winkellage zur Koppelposition angeordnet sind,dass jeweils ein Steckverbinderteil (21) an den Durchtrittsöffnungen angeordnet ist, unddass ein die Gestängeschüsse (12, 13) am Aussenrohr (15) überbrückendes Verbindungsstück (22) mit komplementären Steckverbinderteilen (23) sowie einer Kabelverbindung (24) zur Verbindung von gegenüberliegenden Steckverbinderteilen (19, 20) zweier Gestängeschüsse (12, 13) vorhanden ist. - Kabelverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Steckverbinderteile (21, 23) mit lösbaren, dichten Abdeckungen (25) versehen sind. - Kabelverbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Abdeckungen (25) über die Steckverbinderteile (21, 23) geschraubt sind. - Kabelverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Kabelverbindung (24) im Verbindungsstück (22) mit einem Schlauchüberzug (26) versehen ist, dessen freie Enden mit der Abdeckung (25) der jeweils zugehörigen Steckverbinderteile (23) dicht verbunden sind. - Kabelverbindung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Schlauchüberzug (26) mit einem Metallmantel versehen ist. - Kabelverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Steckverbinderteile (21, 23) bezüglich des Aussenrohres (15) radial ausgerichtet sind. - Kabelverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Winkellagen der Durchtrittsöffnungen (19, 20) eines Gestängeschusses (12, 13) in Abhängigkeit von der Länge des Gestängeschusses (12, 13) unterschiedlich sind. - Kabelverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Verbindungsstück (22) achsparallel zum Schnekkenbohrer (10) verläuft. - Kabelverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Verbindungsstück (22) entlang und unterhalb der Wendel (11) angeordnet ist. - Verbindungsstück zur Kabelverbindung zwischen zwei Gestängeschüssen eines Schneckenbohrers,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass es an beiden Enden mit jeweils einem Steckverbinderteil (23) versehen ist, und dass es einen Schlauchüberzug (26) aufweist. - Gestängeschuss eines Schneckenbohrers mit einem Innen- und einem die Wendel tragenden Aussenrohr,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zwischen dem Innen- und Aussenrohr (16, 15) ein Kabel (18) geführt ist,dass es an seinen beiden Enden mit jeweils einer Durchtrittsöffnung (19, 20) im Rohrmantel des Aussenrohres (15) versehen ist, unddass an den Durchtrittsöffnungen (19, 20) Steckverbinderteile (21) für das Kabel (18) angeordnet sind.
