Claims (27)
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer zur Anbindung einer Fensterscheibe an einen Kraftfahrzeug-Fensterheber, wobeider Mitnehmer dem Fensterheber über mindestens eine Führungsschiene zugeordnet ist,der Mitnehmer einen Grundkörper (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) und einen Aufnahmekörper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6; 2.7) aufweist,der Grundkörper (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) an der Führungsschiene führbar und der Aufnahmekörper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6; 2.7) zur Aufnahme der Fensterscheibe (7) vorgesehen ist,der Aufnahmekörper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6; 2.7) mit dem Grundkörper (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) über ein Gelenk verschwenkbar in Verbindung steht unddurch ein Werkzeug betätigbare Einstellmittel (50; 51; 54.1; 57; 510; 43; 514) zum Verändern der Stellung des Aufnahmekörpers (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6; 2.7) relativ zum Grundkörper (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) vorgesehen sind, die unabhängig von den Befestigungsmitteln für die Fensterscheibe (7) wirken, so daß beim Lösen der Befestigung der Fensterscheibe (7) die Stellung des Aufnahmekörpers (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6; 2.7) bezüglich des Grundkörpers (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6; 1.7) erhalten bleibt
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Einstellmittel (510; 43; 514) zur indirekten Verstellung des Aufnahmekörpers (2.5; 2.6; 2.7) relativ zum Grundkörper (1.5; 1.6; 1.7) ein Verstellmittel (4.1; 4.2; 4.3) zugeordnet ist, das durch das Einstellmittel (510; 43; 514) in z-Richtung bewegt wird.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Element (4.1; 4.2; 4.3) mit einer Verzahnung (41) versehen ist, die zum Erzeugen einer translatorischen Stallbewegung über ein Ritzel (51.1) mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (510) in Eingriff steht.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ritzel (511) außermittig am verschiebbaren Element angeordnet ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einen der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verzahnung (43.1) einer Einstellbuchse (43) in eine Innenverzahnung (44.2) einer im verschiebbaren Element (4.2) angeordneten Aussparung (44.1) eingreift.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verstellung des verschiebbaren Elementes (4.3) ein Exzenter oder dgl. (513) mit dem verschiebbaren Element (4.3) in Eingriff bringbar ist, zum Beispiel mit einer unteren Kontur des verschiebbaren Elementes oder mit einer Aussparung (44.3) im verschiebbaren Element (4.3).
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Fensterscheibe (7) am Aufnahmekörper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.5) durch vom Einstellmittel (50; 51; 54.1; 510) unabhängige Mittel erfolgt.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Fensterscheibe (7) am Aufnahmekörper (2.4; 2.6) durch das Einstellmittel (57; 43) erfolgt.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung der Stellung des Aufnahmekörpers (2.1 ) zum Grundkörper (1.1) in der gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen beiden erfolgt.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierung der Stellung des Aufnahmekörpers (2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.6; 2.7) zum Grundkörper (1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.6; 1.7) durch das Einstellmittel (51; 54.1; 57; 43; 45) erfolgt.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Aufnahmekörper (2.6') und dem Grundkörper (1.6') ein sich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x) verjüngender Verschiebekeil (4.6) angeordnet ist, der in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x) verschiebbar ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer zur Anbindung einer Fensterscheibe an einen Kraftfahrzeug-Fensterheber, wobeider Mitnehmer dem Fensterheber über mindestens eine Führungsschiene zugeordnet ist,der Mitnehmer einen Grundkörper (1.8; 1.9) und einen Aufnahmekörper (2.8; 2.9) aufweist,der Grundkörper (1.8; 1.9) an der Führungsschiene führbar und der Aufnahmekörper (2.8; 2.9) zur Aufnahme der Fensterscheibe (7) vorgesehen ist,die Winkellage zwischen Aufnahmekörper (2.8; 2.9) und Grundkörper (1.8; 1.9) einstellbar ist,
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Lage der Tangenten (T1; T1' T2; T2') zueinander, deren Steigung und durch das Verhältnis der Steigungen zueinander die Lage der Schwenkachse der Fensterscheibe (7) festlegbar ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmente (4.4'; 4.4") starr miteinander verbunden sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Segmente (4.4'; 4.4") entlang der vertikalen Achse (z) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Segmente nicht miteinander verbunden sind und durch ein Einstellmittel unabhängig voneinander oder synchron verschoben werden können.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein flächiger Kontakt zwischen den Kontaktzonen (46.1', 46.1") am Grundkörper (1.8) und den Kontaktflächen (47.1'; 47.1") der Segmente (4.4'; 4.4") und/oder zwischen der Fensterscheibe (7) und den Segmenten vorhanden (4.4'; 4.4") ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktflächen (47.1'; 47.1") der Segmente (4.4'; 4.4") als kreisbogenförmig gekrümmte Flächen ausgebildet sind und mit den dazugehörigen Kontaktzonen (46.1'; 46.1") am Grundkörper (1.8) korrespondieren, wobei der Radius (R1) des einen Segmentes (4.4') und der Radius (R2) des anderen Segmentes (4.4") einen gemeinsamen Mittelpunkt M besitzen.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontakt zwischen den Kontaktzonen (46.2'; 46.2") und den Kontaktflächen (47.2', 47.2") als Linienberührung ausgebildet ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktzonen (46.1'; 46.1") des Grundkörpers (1.8) und die Kontaktbereiche (47.1', 47.1") der Segemente (4.4', 4.4") als gekrümmte Flächen ausgebildet sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmente als Keile ausgebildet sind, deren Kontaktflächen (47,1'; 47.2") eben sind und/oder daß die zu Kontaktzonen korrespondierenden Kontaktflächen (46.1'; 46.2") eben sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tangenten (T1, T2, T1', T2') an den Berührungspunkten zwischen der Kontaktfläche (47.3', 47.3") und Kontaktzonen (46.3'; 46.3") im wesentlichen in der y-z-E-bene liegen, die sich quer zur Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) erstreckt.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Teil (4.5) im wesentlichen in Richtung der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) verschiebbar ist.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 22 und 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verschiebbare Teil (4.5) aus zwei Segmenten (4.5'; 4.5") besteht, wobei diese als auf der Fahrzeuglängsachse (x) liegende Keile mit unterschiedlichen Keilwinkeln (α; β) ausgeführt sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 22 und 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Segmente (4.5', 4,5") über einen flexiblen Steg (4.5''') miteinander verbunden sind.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verstellung des verschiebbaren Teiles (4.4; 4.5; 4.6) Einstellmittel vorgesehen sind, insbesondere in Form von Einstellschrauben, Gewindebolzen oder Gewindespindeln.
- Einstellbarer Mitnehmer nach Anspruch 26, gekennzeichnet durch Einstellmittel mit den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils mindestens eines der Ansprüche 3 bis 6.
