Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus von Poststücken, die im Transportweg einer Postbearbeitungsmaschine festgehalten sind, wobei die Beförderung der Poststücke durch mehrere Reihen von übereinander angeordneten, entlang dieses Transportweges verteilten Antriebsrollen sichergestellt wird, darunter eine erste Reihe von Rollen (10), die am Eingang des Transportweges angeordnet ist, sowie wenigstens zwei weitere Reihen von Rollen (12, 14), die in bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung der Poststücke stromaufwärts bzw. stromabwärts von Mitteln zum Drucken des Poststempels (16) angeordnet sind, wobei die unteren Rollen der genannten Reihen von Antriebsrollen jeweils an einer gemeinsamen Achse (100, 120, 140) angebracht sind, deren Enden an zwei parallelen, Flansche bildenden Wänden (18, 20) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einheit zum manuellen Steuern (46) umfaßt, die Mittel zum gleichzeitigen Absenken der unteren Antriebsrollen der stromaufwärtigen und der stromabwärtigen Reihe von Rollen in eine erste Staubeseitigungsposition, in weicher der Transportweg der Poststücke teilweise freigelegt ist, sowie Mittel aufweist, um ein vollständiges Zurückziehen der Einheit der unteren Antriebsrollen, welche die erste Reihe und die zwei weiteren Reihen von Rollen bilden, in eine zweite Staubeseitigungsposition zu vollziehen, in welcher der Transportweg der Poststücke vollkommen freigelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Absenken der unteren Antriebsrollen wenigstens zwei angelenkte Hebel (26, 28) mit zwei in gegenseitigem Eingriff befindlichen Zahnsegmenten umfassen.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine jede der parallelen, Flansche bildenden Wände an einem Ende eine Führungsspitze (40a, 40b) aufweist, welche dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem in einem Körperteil (34) der Postbearbeitungsmaschine ausgebildeten Schlitz (42a, 42b) zusammenzuwirken, um eine Funktion eines erneuten Zentrierens zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen, Flansche und Träger bildenden Wände der Antriebsrollen mit Hilfe von kleinen Rollen (30a, 30b), die sich in Gleitschienen (32a, 32b) des Körpers (34) der Postbearbeitungsmaschine bewegen können, verschiebebeweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bewegen der kleinen Rollen auf den Gleitschienen durch Endanschläge (36a, 36b) begrenzt ist, so daß ein vollständiges Zurückziehen der Antriebsrollen untersagt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einheit zum manuellen Steuern zwei parallele Längsträger (52, 54) umfaßt, deren erste Enden durch einen Griff (48) verbunden sind, der direkt durch einen Bedienungsmann betätigt werden kann, wobei die freien zweiten Enden dieser zwei Längsträger, die durch eine Querstrebe (49) gehalten werden, jeweils in einem einen Anschlag (56, 58) bildenden Vorsprung auslaufen, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem festen Teil (60) zusammenzuwirken, das mit den Flansche bildenden Wänden fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Längsträger eine Rampe (62, 64) umfassen, welche dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Verbindungswelle (262), die in ihrer Bewegung fest mit den stromaufwärtigen und stromabwärtigen Antriebsrollen (12, 14) verbunden ist, gleitend zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampe drei Nockenabschnitte mit abfallenden Schrägen (62a, 62b, 62c; 64a, 64b, 64c) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flansche und Träger bildenden Wände der Antriebsrollen, durch einen ausrückbaren Verriegelungsmechanismus (50) in einer Ausgangsdruckstellung gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausrückbare Verrieglungsmechanismus einen ein Plateau (70) bildenden Teil umfaßt, der in permanentem Kontakt mit einer flexiblen Entriegelungszunge (72) ist, die Bestandteil des Griffs (48) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Beseitigen eines Staus nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ausrückbare Verriegelungsmechanismus ein gabelförmiges Element umfaßt, in das der ein Plateau bildende Teil integriert ist und das entgegen einem Federmittel (76, 78) an einer Verbindungswelle (74) angelenkt ist, die zwischen den Flansche bildenden Wänden angebracht ist und zwei Verriegelungshaken (80, 82) aufweist, welche dazu bestimmt sind, mit in dem Körper (34) der Maschine ausgebildeten Zentrieröffnungen (84,86) zusammenzuwirken.
