- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la partie inférieure d'un dispositif de transport d'une machine à affranchir comportant un dispositif de débourrage selon l'invention,
- la figure 1A est une vue de détail illustrant des fentes de recentrage du dispositif de transport de la figure 1,
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1 avec le dispositif de débourrage dans une première position de dégagement partiel du chemin de transport des articles de courrier,
- la figure 3 est une vue de détail illustrant le mécanisme de verrouillage du dispositif de débourrage,
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessous du dispositif de la figure 2, corps du dispositif de transport ôté, et
- la figure 5 montre le dispositif de débourrage dans une seconde position de dégagement complet du chemin de transport des articles de courrier.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour le débourrage d'articles de courrier retenus dans le chemin de transport d'une machine de traitement de courrier, le transport des articles de courrier étant assuré par plusieurs séries de rouleaux d'entraínement réparties tout au long de ce chemin de transport et dont au moins deux séries de rouleaux (12, 14) sont disposées, par rapport au sens d'avancée des articles de courrier, respectivement en amont et en aval de moyens d'impression de l'empreinte postale (16), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ensemble de commande manuelle (46, 50) pour, dans une première position de débourrage, libérer en partie le chemin de transport des articles de courrier en abaissant simultanément les rouleaux d'entraínement amont et aval et pour, dans une seconde position de débourrage, libérer en totalité le chemin de transport des articles de courrier en procédant à un retrait quasi - complet de l'ensemble des rouleaux d'entraínement.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites séries de rouleaux d'entraínement sont montées chacune sur un axe commun (100, 120, 140) dont les extrémités sont fixées à deux parois parallèles formant flasques (18, 20) et mobiles en translation sous l'action dudit ensemble de commande manuelle.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacune desdites parois parallèles formant flasques comporte à une extrémité une pointe de guidage (40a, 40b) destinée à coopérer avec une fente (42a, 42b) pratiquée dans une partie de corps (34) de la machine de traitement de courrier afin d'assurer une fonction de recentrage.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois parallèles formant flasques et supports des rouleaux d'entraínement sont mobiles en translation par l'intermédiaire de roulettes (30a, 30b) qui peuvent se déplacer dans des glissières (32a, 32b) du corps (34) de la machine de traitement de courrier.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement des roulettes sur les glissières est limité par des butées de fin de course (36a, 36b) de façon à interdire un retrait total des rouleaux d'entraínement.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de commande manuelle comporte deux longerons parallèles (52, 54) dont les premières extrémités sont réunies par une poignée (48) actionnable directement par un opérateur, les secondes extrémités libres de ces deux longerons, maintenues par une entretoise (49), se terminant chacune par un ergot formant butée (56, 58) destiné à coopérer avec une partie fixe (60) solidaire desdites parois formant flasques.
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits longerons longitudinaux comporte une rampe (62, 64) destinée à coopérer par glissement avec un arbre de liaison (262) solidaire dans son déplacement des rouleaux d'entraínement amont et aval (12, 14).
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe comporte trois portions de came avec des pentes décroissantes (62a, 62b, 62c ;64a, 64b, 64c).
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois formant flasques et supports des rouleaux d'entraínement sont maintenues dans une position initiale d'impression par un mécanisme de verrouillage débrayable (50).
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme de verrouillage débrayable comporte une partie formant plateau (70) en contact permanent avec une lame flexible de déverrouillage (72) qui fait partie intégrante de la poignée (48).
- Dispositif de débourrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme de verrouillage débrayable comporte un élément en forme de fourche intégrant ladite partie formant plateau et qui est articulé à l'encontre d'un moyen ressort (76, 78) sur un arbre de liaison (74) monté entres lesdites parois formant flasques et comportant deux crochets de verrouillage (80, 82) destinés à coopérer avec des ouvertures de centrage (84, 86) pratiquées dans une partie de corps (34) de la machine.
