Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur Glättung von unterteilten Feststoffen, wie pulverförmigen Produkten, Pulvern oder Granulaten, die in der Form von regelmäßigen oder von unregelmäßigen Haufen auf einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Träger abgelegt werden, der in der Vorschubrichtung beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - der besagte im wesentlichen horizontale Träger (10 oder 100) sich in einer hin- und hergehenden oszillierenden Bewegung befindet, wobei die besagte Bewegung auf eine einheitliche Art und Weise auf die ganze Breite des besagten Trägers aufgebracht wird, und dadurch dass
    - der Träger unter Spannung oder unter Vorspannung im wesentlichen in der Vorschubrichtung gesetzt wird.
  2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Setzen unter Spannung oder unter Vorspannung des Trägers in der Elastizitätszone desselben durchgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung in einer in Bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung quer verlaufenden Richtung durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung in einer in Bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung parallelen Richtung durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung in einer in Bezug auf die Ebene des horizontalen Trägers orthogonal verlaufenden Richtung durchgeführt wird.
  6. Verfahren gemäss irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Träger daran hindert, eine oszillierende Bewegung außerhalb der Zone der Benutzung durchzuführen.
  7. Verfahren gemäss irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im wesentlichen horizontale Träger entweder ein Film ist, auf den man die unterteilten Feststoffe ablegt, oder unmittelbar das Transportband, auf das man die unterteilten Feststoffe ablegt.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Glättung von unterteilten Feststoffen, wie pulverförmigen Produkten, Pulvern oder Granulaten, die in der Form von regelmäßigen oder von unregelmäßigen Haufen auf einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Träger (10) abgelegt werden, der in der Vorschubrichtung vorbeiläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung Mittel (21, 22, 23) umfasst, die es erlauben, eine hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung des Trägers durchzuführen, sowie Mittel (51, 52), um den Träger unter Spannung oder unter Vorspannung zu setzen.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (21, 22, 23), die es erlauben, eine hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung durchzuführen, einen Tisch aufweisen, auf dem sich der Träger (10) bewegt und der die hin- und hergehende oszillierende Bewegung unter der Einwirkung eines Kurbelgetriebes (60, 61) durchführt.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, um den Träger unter Spannung oder unter Vorspannung zu setzen, mit Hilfe einer Mitnahmevorrichtung (52) des besagten Trägers bewerkstelligt werden, die es erlaubt, den Träger mit einer Geschwindigkeit mitzunehmen, die aufwärts leicht geringer ist als abwärts.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäss irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (31, 32) umfasst, die es erlauben, jegliche Bewegung in der vertikalen Richtung zu verhindern.
  12. Produkt, das gemäss dem Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder durch die Vorrichtung gemäss irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11 erzielt worden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein ggf. geometrisches Muster aufweist, das fast identisch mit dem ursprünglichen Muster ist und das ausgehend von unterteilten Feststoffen erzielt wird und das kein oder nur wenig Relief aufweist.
