Claims (17)
- Flasche (1), umfassend einen einen Behälter (9) bildenden Teil, der einen mit Gewinde versehenen Hals (3) aufweist, der an einen durch Blasen hergestellten Körper (2) anschließt, und einen Verschluß (4), der eine auf den Hals aufzuschraubende innere Dichtungskapsel (5) und eine an der inneren Kapsel (5) befestigte äußere Kappe (6; 6') aufweist, wobei der den Behälter (9) bildende Teil mindestens einen Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) und der Verschluß (4) eine Sperrfläche (30; 30') aufweist, die dafür geeignet ist, mit diesem Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) zusammenzuwirken, um den Verschluß (4) in einer vorbestimmten Winkelstellung bezüglich des Körpers des einen Behälter bildenden Teils am Ende der Verschraubung des Verschlusses in Drehung zu blockieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) durch Blasen mit dem Körper (2) des einen Behälter bildenden Teils der Flasche hergestellt ist.
- Flasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrfläche (30; 30') in der Dicke einer rohrförmigen Schürze gebildet ist, die einstückig mit der äußeren Kappe (6; 6' ) hergestellt ist, wobei diese rohrförmige Schürze (22; 23') vorzugsweise nach unten entformt wird.
- Flasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Schürze eine äußere Schürze (22) der äußeren Kappe (6) ist.
- Flasche nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Schürze eine innere Schürze (23') der äußeren Kappe (6') ist, die zur Befestigung letzterer an der inneren Dichtungskapsel (5) dient.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Kappe (6; 6') einen Ausschraubsperr-Vorsprung (31; 31') aufweist, wobei dieser Vorsprung dafür geeignet ist, den Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) elastisch zu passieren, bevor die Sperrfläche (30; 30') an diesem am Ende der Verschraubung des Verschlusses zur Anlage kommt.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß an seinem unteren Ende einen vorzugsweise metallischen Ring (12) aufweist, der an der äußeren Kappe (6; 6') angebracht ist.
- Flasche nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Ring auf seiner Außenfläche Beschriftungen aufweist oder in einer anderen Farbe als die äußere Kappe ist.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) in einer Formteilungsebene (11) des Körpers (2) des einen Behälter (9) bildenden Teils gelegen ist.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einen Behälter (9) bildende Teil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Flasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einen Behälter (9) bildende Teil aus Glas hergestellt ist.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper des einen Behälter bildenden Teils zwei Ausrichtungsanschläge (15) aufweist, die bezüglich des Halses einander diametral entgegengesetzt sind, und die äußere Kappe (6; 6') zwei Sperrflächen (30; 30') und zwei Ausschraubsperr-Vorsprünge (31; 31') aufweist.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Kapsel aus einem halbstarren Kunststoff hergestellt ist, wie z.B. Polypropylen-Co-Polymer.
- Flasche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Kappe aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist, der ein Zugelastizitätsmodul über oder gleich 100 MPa aufweist, vorzugsweise aus einem thermoplastischen oder warmhärtenden Werkstoff.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Flasche, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 beschrieben wird, das die Schritte umfaßt, die darin bestehen, daßein Hals (3) durch Formung einstückig mit einem Rohling hergestellt wird und danndurch Blasen des Rohlings der Körper (2) des einen Behälter bildenden Teils der Flasche mit mindestens einem Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) in Nähe des Halses (3) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Herstellung des einen Behälter (9) bildenden Teils dieser mit einer Flüssigkeit gefüllt wird und dann mit Hilfe eines Verschlusses (4) verschlossen wird, der eine innere Dichtunskapsel (5) und eine äußere Kappe (6; 6') aufweist, die mit mindestens einer Sperrfläche (30; 30') versehen ist, die dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Ausrichtungsanschlag (15) zusammenzuwirken.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Kappe (6; 6') an der inneren Dichtunskapsel (5) nach deren Aufschraubung auf den Hals des einen Behälter bildenden Teils angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Kappe (6; 6') durch Formung von Kunststoff hergestellt und nach unten entformt wird, wobei die Sperrfläche (30; 30') in der Dicke einer rohrförmigen Schürze (22; 23') der äußeren Kappe (6; 6') hergestellt ist.
