Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen einer Spitze an einem Ankerstab aus Stahl für den Berg- und Tunnelbau, wobei ein Stahlstab getrennt und die Spitze an der Trennstelle ausgebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlstab an einer vorbestimmten Stelle seiner Länge erwärmt wird und in erwärmtem Zustand einer axialen Zugkraft bis zum Bruch infolge Einschnürung ausgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlstab zuerst erwärmt und danach einer Zugkraft ausgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlstab zugleich erwärmt und einer Zugkraft ausgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stahlstab zum Erzeugen der Zugkraft in eine Spannvorrichtung eingespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erwärmung mittels einer Flamme erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erwärmung mittels Induktion erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erwärmung mittels Ohmscher Widerstandserwärmung erfolgt.
