Claims (14)
- Aufreißstreifen mit Sicherheitsmerkmal aus einer thermoplastischen, orientierten Trägerfolie, auf die auf einen Seite eine Siegelschicht und auf der anderen Seite gegebenenfalls eine Release-Schicht aufgetragen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerfolie auf einer Seite mit einer Mikroschrift bedruckt ist.
- Aufreißstreifen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikroschrift in positiver oder negativer Schrift gedruckt wird.
- Aufreißstreifen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schriftzüge und Flächen aus Mikroschriften aufgebaut sind.
- Aufreißstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerfolie aus Zellglas, Polyvinylchlorid, Vinylchlorid-Copolymer, Vinylchlorid-Terpolymer, Polyester, Polypropylen, Polypropylen-Copolymer, Polypropylen-Terpolymer, Polypropylen-Polyethylen-Copolymer, Polyamid, Polystyrol, Polystyrol-Copolymer, Polystyrol-Terpolymer, Polycarbonat, Polyketon, Polymethacrylat oder Polymethacrylat-Copolymer besteht.
- Aufreißstreifen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerfolie aus mono- oder biaxial orientierten polymeren Werkstoffen besteht.
- Aufreißstreifen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerfolie aus monoaxial orientierten Polypropylen oder Polypropylen-Polyethylen-Copolymer besteht.
- Aufreißstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerfolie mit einer oder mehreren Polymerfolien, mit Papier, mit metallisierten Polymerfolien, mit Metallfolien oder im Vakuum bedampften Folien kaschiert ist.
- Aufreißstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelschicht eine Schicht aus selbstklebenden Haftklebstoffen auf der Basis von Polyacrylaten oder natürlichen oder künstlichen Harzen ist.
- Aufreißstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Trägerfolie eine Release-Schicht aus einer UV-vemetzbaren Silikonbeschichtung aufgetragen ist.
- Aufreißstreifen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mikroschrift in der Buchstabenhöhe kleiner als 0,7 mm ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aufreißstreifens mit Sicherheitsmerkmal, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Trägerfolie mit einer Mikroschrift bedruckt, auf die Bedruckung eine Siegelschicht und auf die andere Seite der Trägerfolie gegebenenfalls eine Release-Schicht aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Mikroschrift im Tiefdruckverfahren aufbringt.
- Verpackungsmaterial enthaltend einen Aufreißstreifen mit Sicherheitsmerkmal gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
- Verwendung eines Aufreißstreifens mit Sicherheitsmerkmal gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsfolie.
