Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de validation d'un ticket (1), au moyen d'un appareil de validation (10) pour véhicules de transport public, ladite étape de validation comprenant l'impression au moins de l'heure et de la date sur un ticket édité mais non encore utilisé et le contrôle automatique ultérieur d'un ticket déjà validé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant :
    pendant une première action de validation d'un ticket inutilisé, à mettre dans une fente d'un premier appareil (10), en imprimant dans une première zone (5) du ticket (1) un premier ensemble (5) de données codées (5) qui peuvent être lues par des moyens optiques (12) ;
    pendant la dite première action de validation, à imprimer dans une seconde zone (7) du ticket (1) d'un second ensemble (7) de données écrites en caractères lisibles par l'oeil ;
    pendant une tentative de.validation ultérieure dudit ticket (1) introduit dans la fente d'un autre appareil (10), identique au premier appareil (10), à exécuter ledit contrôle automatique ultérieur par les étapes ultérieures consistant à lire les dites données codées (5), au moyen de moyens optiques (12) connectés à une unité de traitement, et à comparer lesdites données codées aux données stockées dans ladite unité de traitement ;
    à faire produire un signal d'avertissement par ladite unité de traitement si à la lecture des dites données codées (5) de ladite première zone (5) et à la comparaison ensuite auxdites données stockées, la validation ultérieure est interdite.
  2. Procédé de validation selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes ultérieures consistant :
    pendant la dite première validation dudit ticket inutilisé (1), à imprimer dans une troisième zone (6) du ticket (1) un troisième ensemble (6) de données codées (5) qui peuvent être lues par des moyens optiques (14) ;
    pendant une tentative de validation ultérieure dudit ticket (1), au moyen desdits moyens optiques (14), à lire et à stocker ledit troisième ensemble (6) de données de ladite troisième zone (6) ;
    à émettre ledit signal d'avertissement si ledit troisième ensemble (6) de données n'est pas compatible avec lesdites données stockées.
  3. Procédé de validation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit ticket non utilisé (1) comprend au moins une quatrième zone (3, 4) sur laquelle au moins un quatrième ensemble (3, 4) de données codées (5) a été pré-imprimé, ladite première action de validation ou ladite action de revalidation dudit ticket (1) fournissant les étapes suivantes consistant :
    à l'aide de moyens optiques (11) connectés à une unité de traitement, à lire lesdites données codées (3, 4) de ladite quatrième zone (3, 4) et à les comparer avec les données stockées dans ladite unité de traitement ;
    à faire produire ledit signal d'avertissement par ladite unité de traitement si, à la lecture desdites données codées (3, 4) de ladite quatrième zone (3, 4) et à leur comparaison avec lesdites données stockées, la validation est interdite.
  4. Procédé de validation selon les revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit premier ensemble (5) de données inclut des données codées comprenant la date et l'heure de la première action de validation ; dans lequel ledit troisième ensemble (6) de données comprend des données pour l'identification de l'appareil (10) et du distributeur qui les a éditées ; dans lequel ledit quatrième ensemble (3, 4) de données comprend des données choisies parmi : les données concernant le prix du ticket, les données concernant l'édition du ticket original (1).
  5. Procédé de validation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit ticket (1) est choisi parmi : un ticket constitué entièrement de papier ; un ticket constitué de papier comprenant des zones couvertes par films imprimables correspondant auxdites zones.
  6. Procédé de validation selon les revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de lecture (12) est exécutée en scrutant des rangées linéaires au moyen de techniques neurales.
  7. Procédé de validation selon les revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites données codées (5) sont imprimées (13) dans un tableau binaire à deux dimensions lisible optiquement, ladite étape de lecture faisant intervenir une étape de lecture optique (12) dudit tableau.
  8. Procédé de validation selon les étapes 1 à 7, dans lequel les données codées sont des caractères alphanumériques optiquement lisibles et dans lequel ladite étape de lecture comprend une étape de lecture optique desdits caractères alphanumériques optiquement lisibles.
  9. Appareil de validation (10) de tickets de transport (1) en papier, qui peut être utilisé dans le procédé selon les précédentes revendications, comprenant :
    un corps de type boíte ayant une fente (9) pour l'introduction desdits tickets (1),
    au moins une tête d'impression interne (13) disposée dans ledit corps en association avec ladite fente (9),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    au moins un lecteur optique (12, 14)
    au moins une unité de traitement connectée audit ou à chaque lecteur optique (12, 14) disposé dans ledit corps en association avec ladite fente (9),
       ledit ou chaque lecteur optique (12, 14) disposé de façon coïncidente avec les zones respectives de données codées (5, 6) imprimées sur ledit ticket (1) par ladite tête (13).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit ou chaque lecteur optique (11, 12, 14) est un capteur CCD liée à un processeur opérant au moyen de techniques neurales.
