Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Abschrecken von Werkstücken mit einem ein Abschreckmedium (14) enthaltenden Behälter (12),
wobei in dem Behälter eine Presswalze (20) horizontal und drehbar befestigt, wenigstens teilweise in das Abschreckmedium eingetaucht und mit einer Steuereinrichtung für ihre Drehung gekoppelt ist sowie mehrere in Umfangsrichtung beabstandete Aufnahmestationen (A11, A21, A31, A41) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Aufnahmestation während des Abschreckens jeweils ein Werkstück (36, 95) gehalten und gepreßt ist, und dem Behälter (12) Ausgabemittel (23) zugeordnet sind, die eine Rampe (30) zur Übergabe von abzuschreckenden Werkstücken an jeweils eine Aufnahmestation aufweisen, wobei jede Aufnahmestation einen Einlaufabschnitt (29) aufweist, der bei in Aufnahmeposition befindlicher Presswalze eine Fortsetzung der Rampe bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschreckmedium eine Flüssigkeit wie beispielsweise Öl ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmestationen in Umfangsrichtung gleich beabstandet sind und die Steuereinrichtung eine Drehung der Presswalze derart schrittweise bewirkt, dass nach jedem Schritt eine der Aufnahmestationen sich in einer Aufnahmeposition zur Aufnahme eines Werkstückes befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presswalze mit mehreren sich axial erstreckenden Schienen (51, 53, 55, 57) versehen ist, wobei jede Schiene axial beabstandete Aufnahmestationen (A11, A12, A13...A16; A21...A26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Schienen gleich der Anzahl der in Umfangsrichtung beabstandeten Aufnahmestationen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahmestation einen Käfig (74) sowie eine gesteuerte Presseinrichtung (58, 75, 77, 80) zum Einspannen und Pressen eines in den Käfig aufgenommenen Werkstückes (95) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presseinrichtung einen mit einem Betätiger (58) gekoppelten Lamellen-Spreizdorn aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presseinrichtung zur Freigabe eines abgeschrecktes Werkstückes in einer Drehposition der Presswalze, die ein Herausfallen des freigegebenen Werkstückes erlaubt, steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Behälter (12) eine Fördereinrichtung (38, 39) angeordnet ist, die sich unter die Presswalze erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Behälter (12) eine nach unten geneigte Rutsche (40) vorgesehen ist, die sich unter die Presswalze erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rutsche über die Fördereinrichtung erstreckt und über ihr endet.
- Vorrichtung nach der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabemittel einer Ausgabeöffnung einer Wärmebehandlungseinheit (17) für die Werkstücke zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zum Manipulieren abzuschreckender Werkstücke zur richtigen Position vor den Aufnahmestationen Führungsteile (48, 49; 50, 51; SA1) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsteile einen Hebel (SA1) für jede Aufnahmestation aufweisen, welcher an einem Deckel (35) des Behälters (12) befestigt und mit einem gesteuerten Antrieb (Z1) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsteile für jede Aufnahmestation ein Paar Führungsleisten (48, 49; 50, 51) umfassen, die über der Rampe (30) befestigt sind und sich zu jeder in einer Aufnahmeposition befindlichen Aufnahmestation verengen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Behälter mehrere auf die Presswalze gerichtete Gasdüsen angeordnet sind, die an eine Kaltgasquelle hohen Druckes angeschlossen sind und an denen die mit eingespannten Werkstücken besetzte Presswalze vorbeidrehbar ist.
