Claims (7)
- Durchlaufgerät mit kleinem Volumen zur Trinkwassererwärmung, insbesondere für den Einbau in und die Verschaltung mit Gasdurchlauferhitzern, bestehend aus einem Behälter (1) mit Kaltwasserzulauf- und Warmwasserablaufanschlüssen (2, 3) und mit Heizwasservor- und -rücklaufanschlüssen (4, 5), wobei der Behälter (1) mit Trennwänden(6) zur Bildung eines Plattenwärmetauschers ausgebildet ist und die Trennwände (6) hintereinander abwechselnd Trinkwasser und Heizwasser führende Spalträume (7,8) begrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der warmwasserabströmseitige Behälterteil (1') des Behälters (1) mit einem kleineren Volumen bemessen ist als der kaltwasserzuströmseitige Behälterteil (1'') des Behälters (1),
daß die Kaltwasserzulauf- und Warmwasserablaufanschlüsse (2,3) und die Heizwasservor- und -rücklaufanschlüsse (4,5) am jeweils anderen Behälterteil (1',1'') angeordnet sind, wobei die im kleineren Behälterteil (1') angeordneten Trennwände (6), flächendifferentiell gesehen, einen in Bezug auf die Trennwände (6) im anderen Behälterteil (1'') größeren Wärmeübergang aufweisen, und daß die Spalträume (7,8) jeweils untereinander derart verbunden sind, daß in den Behälterteilen (1',1'') eine Gleichstrom- und/oder Gegenstromverschaltung bezüglich der beiden Durchströmmedien vorliegt. - Durchlaufgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Anschlüsse ( 2 bis 5) auf einer Seite des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind. - Durchlaufgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trinkwasser und Heizwasser führenden Spalträume (7, 8) jeweils untereinander derart verbunden sind, daß im Behälterteil (1'') eine Gleichstrom- und im Behälterteil (1') eine Gegenstromverschaltung vorliegt. - Durchlaufgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Behälterteilen (1', 1'') mindestens eine ebenfalls von den Trennwänden (6) begrenzte Umlenkkammer (9) angeordnet ist. - Durchlaufgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die im Behälterteil (1') angeordneten Trennwände (6) mit die Wärmetauschflächen vergrößernden Prägungen, wie Rippen-, Kreuzrippen-, Noppenprägungen, versehen sind. - Durchlaufgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwände (6) in Form von Schalen (6') ausgebildet und im Bereich ihrer Überströmöffnungen (10) mit rippenprägungsfreien, jeweils entgegengesetzt zur Trennflächenebene gerichtet ausgeprägten Anschlußflächen (11) versehen und alle Stoßstellen (13) miteinander flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden sind. - Durchlaufgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwände (6) in Form von Schalen (6') mit ausgehalsten, die Spalträume (7, 8) durchgreifenden Überströmkanälen (6'') und dazu fluchtenden EinsteckÖffnungen (6''') in der jeweils benachbarten Trennwand (6) ausgebildet und diese Trennwände (6), mit ihren Schalenrändern (12) zusammengestapelt, an allen Stoßstellen (13) miteinander flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden sind.
