Description
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de commande des ailettes et des bobines, en particulier pour banc à broches pour fibres longues, comportant des sections (1) de pignons (2) de commande d'ailettes, appelées sections (1) d'ailettes (2) et des sections (3) de pignons (4) de commande de bobines, appelées sections (3) de bobines (4), ces sections étant reliées à un dispositif de commande, chaque section (1) d'ailettes (2) et chaque section (3) de bobines (4) étant pourvues d'un moyen d'entraínement individuel (5, respectivement 6) sous forme de moteurs individuels, caractérisé en ce que les ailettes (2) et les bobines (4) de chaque groupe sont au moins par trois et sont reliées entre-elles par l'intermédiaire de courroies (9 et 10) respectives et en ce que chaque moteur individuel (5 ou 6) entraíne, par l'intermédiaire de deux courroies d'entraínement (7, respectivement 8), deux groupes contigus d'ailettes (2), respectivement de bobines (4), non reliés entre eux par leurs courroies de liaison respectives (9 et 10).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un dispositif (11) de synchronisation mécanique et/ou électronique des vitesses de rotation des ailettes (2) et des bobines (4) de chaque section (1 et 3).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est constitué par une courroie (12) de liaison des sections (1) d'ailettes (2) entre-elles et par un arbre de liaison longitudinal (13) reliant entre-eux les extrémités des axes des moteurs (6) d'entraínement de chaque section (3) de bobines (4).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie du dispositif de synchronisation (11) relative à la liaison des sections (1) d'ailettes (2) entre-elles est constituée par la courroie de liaison (9) du groupe d'ailettes (2) d'extrémité d'une section (1), éventuellement avec interposition d'un tendeur (14).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est constitué par un arbre longitudinal (15) de liaison des axes des moteurs (5) d'entraínement de chaque section (1) d'ailettes (2) et par une courroie (16) de liaison des sections (3) de bobines (4).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les sections (3) de bobines (4) sont reliées entre-elles par l'intermédiaire de la courroie de liaison (10) du groupe de bobines (4) d'extrémité d'une section (3), éventuellement avec interposition d'un tendeur.
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est constitué par deux courroies (17 et 18) reliant respectivement les sections (1) d'ailettes (2) et les sections (3) de bobines (4) entre-elles.
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les sections (1) d'ailettes (2), respectivement les sections (3) de bobines (4), sont reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire de la courroie de liaison respective (9 ou 10) du groupe d'ailettes (2) ou de bobines (4) d'extrémité d'une section (1 ou 3), éventuellement avec interposition d'un tendeur, lesdites courroies de liaison (9 et 10) formant le dispositif de synchronisation (11).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est sous forme d'arbres de liaison longitudinaux (19 et 20) reliant respectivement les axes des moteurs (5 et 6) d'entraínement des sections (1 et 3) d'ailettes (2) et de bobines (4).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est constitué par des arbres de liaison longitudinaux (21 et 22) disposés entre des renvois d'angle coopérant avec les axes des moteurs respectifs (5 et 6) d'entraínement des sections (1 et 3) d'ailettes (2) et de bobines (4).
- Dispositif de commande, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de synchronisation (11) est sous forme d'un dispositif électronique constitué par une centrale de commande (23) et par des variateurs électroniques de vitesse (24) asservis par ladite centrale de commande et affectés chacun à un ou à plusieurs moteurs (5, respectivement 6) d'entraínement des sections (1, respectivement 3) d'ailettes (2) et de bobines (4).
