Definitions
- the invention relates to aqueous agents for cleaning hard surfaces containing monoglycedd (ether) sulfates and mixed ethers and the use of these mixtures for the preparation agents for cleaning hard surfaces.
- AZR all-purpose cleaners
- WO 95/06702 A1 describes aqueous detergent mixtures which contain alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides and other anionic or nonionic surfactants selected from the group formed by fatty alcohol polyglycol ethers with a narrow homolog distribution, fatty alcohol ether sulfate with narrow homolog distribution, fatty acid alkanolamide ether sulfates and monoglyceride ethers.
- the document does not disclose fatty alcohol polyglycol ethers sealed with alkyl groups.
- anionic surfactants with improved solubility are known.
- the document discloses the use of monoglyceride (ether) sulfates in combinations with non-end-capped fatty alcohol polyglycol ethers.
- the agents according to the invention are also highly concentrated and flowable and are low foaming, have a low cloud point, largely independent of the concentration are not irritating to the skin and have an excellent cleaning ability feature.
- the invention includes the knowledge that mixtures of coconut fatty acid monoglycide sulfate salts and mixed ethics together with fatty alcohol ethoxylates, alkyl oligoglucosides and / or betaines leads to a further improvement in the desired properties.
- Monoglyceride sulfates and monoglyceride ether sulfates are known anionic surfactants which according to the relevant methods of preparative organic chemistry can be obtained. Oblichate the starting point for their production is triglycides, which may be added after ethoxylation transesterified the monoglycid and then sulfated and neutralized. Likewise, it is possible, the Parbalglycehde with suitable Sulfab mecanicsmiftein, preferably gaseous sulfur trioxide or to implement chlorosulfonic acid [cf. EP-B1 0 561825, EP-B1 0 561999 (Henkel)].
- the monoglyceride (ether) sulfates to be used in accordance with the invention follow the formula (I) in which R 1 CO stands for a linear or branched acyl radical with 6 to 22 carbon atoms, x, y and z in total for 0 or for numbers from 1 to 30, preferably 2 to 10, and X stands for an alkali or alkaline earth metal cation ,

- soluble builders such as citric acid or sodium citrate, EDTA or NTA and abrasives.
- the agents can contain cationic surfactants or biocides, for example glucoprotamine.
- bleaching agents such as sodium hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide as well as suitable ones Color and fragrance is possible.
- the proportion of these additives can be 1 to 8, preferably 4 to 6,% by weight. - in relation to the means - make up.
- the agents are preferred by adding sodium hydroxide and / or soda is made alkaline, a pH in the range from 9 to 10 being preferred.
- the active substance content of the agents can be between 4 and 80% by weight and depends on whether a concentrate is desired by the consumer prior to cleaning to the application concentration is diluted or a correspondingly diluted agent is to be marketed. In the latter In this case, the active substance content is typically around 4 to 20% by weight. To make the funds it is sufficient to purely mechanically add the starting materials, if necessary at elevated temperature mix; there is no chemical reaction.
- 2 eggs (approx. 100 to 110 g) were diluted 1: 1 with water at 16 ° d in an electric mixer and stirred for 2 minutes.
- 100 g of the resulting emulsion were then filled in a double-walled measuring cylinder from 2000 ml to 500 ml with water of 16 ° d and heated to 50 ° C.
- 20 g of the surfactant mixtures were added to this mixture Solution sucked from the bottom of the measuring cylinder with a glass tube.
- the return was carried out via a second tube, the lower end of which ended at the height of the 2000 ml mark on the measuring cylinder.
- the liquid was pumped around at a rate of 4 l / min. After 5, 15 and 30 min, the volume was read from the foam and the liquid formed.
- the skin tolerance of the comparison formulation R9 was selected as the standard according to the zeintest and all information related to it.
- the formulas R1 to R8 are according to the invention, the formulas R9 and R10 are used for comparison. The results are summarized in Table 1.
