Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Fahrgastinformation bezüglich fahrplanmäßiger und/oder tatsächlich zu erwartender Ankunfts- und/oder Abfahrtszeiten liniengebundener Fahrzeuge, wobei die aktuellen Fahrzeugpositionen von einer Zentrale (1) zur Ansteuerung von Anzeigetafeln (5) an Haltestellen hinsichtlich der zu erwartenden Ankunfts- und /oder Abfahrtszeit der Fahrzeuge aus überwacht und zur Ermittlung der mindestens an der nächsten Haltestelle zu erwartenden Ankunfts- und/oder Abfahrtszeit verwendet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fahrgast mittels eines Festnetz-Telefons, Funk-Telefons oder einer Internet-Applikation, die in der Zentrale (1) verfügbaren Daten bezüglich fahrplanmäßiger und/oder tatsächlich zu erwartender Ankunfts- und/oder Abfahrtszeit interaktiv und automatisiert abfragt. - Fahrgast-Informations-System zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zentrale (1) ein DFI-System (3) (DFI = Dynamische Fahrgast-Information) zur Ansteuerung von Anzeigetafeln (5) an Haltestellen hinsichtlich der zu erwartenden Ankunfts- und/oder Abfahrtszeit des Fahrzeugs aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das DFI-System (3) ein Informations-Modul (8), umfassendErkennungsmittel zum Erkennen einer externen Fahrgast-Anfrage,Abfragemittel zum sukzessiven Abfragen der Linie, der Haltestelle und der Fahrtrichtung undAusgabemittel zur Übermittlung des Anfrageergebnisses an den Fahrgast aufweist. - Fahrgast-Informations-System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Informations-Modul (8) für mindestens ein Kommunikationssystem (6), insbesondere Festnetz-Telefon, Funk-Telefon oder Internet-Applikation, ausgebildet ist.
