Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for manufacturing a paper web with a paper machine and at least a finishing device.
- the invention relates also a method for producing a paper web, where the paper web in a paper machine formed, refined and cut into longitudinal strips becomes.
- Paper webs are being produced in ever larger widths. Paper machines that have working widths of less Rare than 6 m are rarely found. About that In addition, paper webs are moving at ever higher speeds produced. The default is Working speeds of newer paper machines over 1,000 m / min. Speeds are already being sought today of 2,000 m / min. This raises significant Problems with the further refinement of the paper web.
- the processing steps below are to be found under "Refining" be understood, the quality or change the properties of the paper web.
- Appropriate Devices are calenders, smoothing units, Coating machines, dampers, dryers etc. The winding up the paper web, for example, does not cause any finishing.
- the invention is based, the flexibility increase in papermaking.
- This task is the beginning of a device mentioned type solved in that at the exit of the raw paper dispenser a slitter is arranged is.
- the raw paper web thus becomes a relatively early one Time cut into several strips, the one less Have width. You can do these arguments like that run broadly as a later user wishes.
- the handling of narrower strips is essential easier even if these strips with the run at the same speed as before. Accordingly these stripes can be reduced Effort so that different trajectories can be designed. Beyond that it is now no longer a requirement that all strips on the treated or refined in the same way can be.
- the longitudinal cutting of paper webs per se is already known.
- the longitudinal cutting device is preferably a deflection arrangement downstream, which is essentially in changes the direction of the plane of the paper web. With such a deflection arrangement it is possible further treat the paper web with machines let that no longer in flight with the paper machine or another raw paper dispenser. This allows greater flexibility when using buildings. A redirection out of the plane of the paper web is also possible. Such a course but usually requires a relatively large one Construction height of the manufacturing building, since it presupposes that several processing machines are arranged one above the other are. If the deflection in the plane of the paper web done, then you can do the machines in the same Arrange "floor".
- the starting direction of the deflection arrangement is advantageous changeable.
- the deflection arrangement can thus, so to speak can be used as a "switch". It guides the paper web optionally in one of several starting directions. Accordingly, the paper web after the Deflect one of several processing devices or machines.
- the paper web strips are preferably in the running direction processing devices behind the deflection arrangement arranged of at least two different types. So you can have the vertical stripes at least treat two different types. By choice The type of treatment becomes the starting direction of the deflection arrangement fixed. This allows a very flexible Adaptation of the paper web strip processing to the Customer wishes.
- the longitudinal strips are essentially parallel to its level extension optionally in one deflected from several directions.
- This configuration has the advantage that the paper web strips are different Can supply treatment devices, these treatment devices essentially in the same horizontal plane as the paper machine or their output can be arranged.
- a paper machine 1 as a raw paper dispenser gives one Raw paper web 2 at its exit 3.
- the raw paper web 2 has a width in the range from 6 to 10 m or even beyond. Your handling is therefore relatively difficult. Add to that the raw paper web at a relatively high speed in the Magnitude of over 1,000 m / min. is issued.
- the exit 3 is the Paper machine 1 a length cutting device 4 arranged, which the raw paper web 2 into several paper web strips, in the present case four paper web strips A, B, C, D or vertical stripes.
- the width of one Paper web strip is accordingly less than the width of the base paper web.
- the paper web strips A - D are correspondingly easier to handle.
- the slitter 4 can at the same time make another edge trim.
- a deflection arrangement 5 provided for each paper web strip A-D has a pulley 6-9, which also as "web-turn” is called.
- each deflection roller 6-9 directs the associated paper web strip A-D essentially at right angles.
- the paper web strip runs behind the deflection roller 6-9 parallel to the plane in which the pulley 6-9 approaches.
- the pulleys are 6-9 in an angle of approximately 45 ° to the running direction 10 of the paper web strips A-D arranged.
- the pulleys 6-9 As shown only for the deflection roller 8, are the pulleys 6-9 by a substantially vertical standing axis 11 pivotable. For the sake of clarity is this pivoting option for the others Deflection rollers 6, 7, 9 not shown.
- position of the pulley 8 In the with solid lines shown position of the pulley 8 is the incoming paper web strip C redirected to the right, which also with solid lines Lines is shown.
- dashed lines shown angular position of the deflection roller 8 is the incoming Paper web strip C deflected to the left. If you look at the axis of rotation of the pulley 8 vertically aligns with the running direction 10 of the paper web strip C, then there is no change of direction in the plane the paper web strip. In this case, the paper web strip C go straight through the deflection arrangement. However, this process is also intended as a redirection be designated.
- the deflection arrangement 5 it is possible on three sides of the deflection arrangement 5 (one side is through the paper machine 1 occupied) processing devices for further processing to arrange the paper web.
- the width of the treatment devices that of the deflection arrangement 5 downstream is the width the paper web strip A-D adapted.
- the treatment devices can therefore be much narrower be than the working width of the paper machine 1, i.e. the width of the base paper web 2.
- the advantage of the smaller standard machines lies in the fact that they are already completely manufactured can be delivered and consume less energy. Due to the distribution of the Base paper web 2 into individual paper web or longitudinal strips A-D it is also possible to have smaller lot sizes produced.
- the raw paper web 2 after cutting the deflection 5 goes straight through, it can also be a pass through third finishing device 17.
- the raw paper web 2 only in two Vertical stripe has been cut. So you are too free when defining the cutting plan, different Widths to use. In this case, go through the paper web strips the finishing device 17th together side by side.
- the raw paper web 2 can also be used from positions of the paper machine, where the Base paper does not yet have the desired final moisture.
- a stripe can be a Pass through calenders and then be wound up while the other is not calendered, but the same is wound up. Overall, there is an enormous matrix of applications.
