Description
- Bereitstellen von mehreren, jeweils als Eingabeplatz, als Lagerplatz und als Ausgabeplatz für den Druckzylinder dienenden ortsfesten Ladestationen;
- Bereitstellen einer Fördereinrichtung zum Befördern des Druckzylinders zwischen einer der Ladestationen und der wenigstens einen Bearbeitungsstation;
- Positionieren und Fixieren einer den Druckzylinder tragenden Transporteinrichtung in einer der Ladestationen;
- Befördern des Druckzylinders durch die Fördereinrichtung von der Ladestation zu der Bearbeitungsstation;
- Bearbeiten des Druckzylinders in der Bearbeitungsstation;
- Rückfördern des Druckzylinders von der Bearbeitungsstation zu der Ladestation und Absetzen des Druckzylinders auf der Transporteinrichtung;
- Freigeben der Transporteinrichtung.
Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Beschicken von wenigstens einer Bearbeitungsstation (1) mit wenigstens einem Druckzylinder (9), mit mehreren ortsfesten Ladestationen (2), die jeweils als Eingabeplatz zum Einbringen des Druckzylinders (9) in die Vorrichtung, als Lagerplatz zum Lagern des Druckzylinders vor und nach dem Bearbeiten und als Ausgabeplatz zum Ausgeben des Druckzylinders aus der Vorrichtung nach dem Bearbeiten ausgebildet sind; und mit einer Fördereinrichtung (3) zum Befördern des Druckzylinders zwischen einer der Ladestationen und der wenigstens einen Bearbeitungsstation (1); dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladestationen (2) jeweils zum Aufnehmen einer Transporteinrichtung (10) ausgebildet sind, auf welcher Transporteinrichtung (10) der Druckzylinder (9) zum Transportieren außerhalb der Vorrichtung lösbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladestationen (2) jeweils eine Positioniereinrichtung (11) zum Positionieren und Fixieren der Transporteinrichtung (10) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinrichtung eine Bremseinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung auf einem magnetischen Prinzip beruht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung eine Kraneinrichtung (3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraneinrichtung (3) einen in Achsrichtung des Druckzylinders (9) beweglichen Querversatz (7) aufweist, an dem eine Halterung (8) zum Halten des Druckzylinders an seinen beiden Enden relativ zu dem Querversatz in Achsrichtung des Druckzylinders beweglich vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (8) zwei zueinander und relativ zu dem Querversatz (7) bewegliche Halteelemente (8a, 8b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (8a, 8b) bei über dem Druckzylinder (9) positioniertem Querversatz (7) derart zueinander bewegbar sind, daß, wenn eines der Halteelemente (8a) relativ zu dem Druckzylinder in Haltestellung steht, der Querversatz in Richtung dieses Halteelements mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit relativ zu dem Druckzylinder bewegbar ist, und gleichzeitig das andere Halteelement (8b) mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit relativ zu dem Querversatz in Richtung des einen Halteelements (8a) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kraneinrichtung (3) eine Einrichtung (12) zum Bestimmen von wenigstens einer Abmessung des Druckzylinders (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über eine Steuerung jeweils eine Ladestationsadresse, Zylinderkenndaten oder ein Arbeitsprogramm für den zu bearbeitenden Druckzylinder (9) eingebbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Beschicken von wenigstens einer Bearbeitungsstation (1) mit wenigstens einem Druckzylinder (9), mit den Schritten:a) Bereitstellen von mehreren, jeweils als Eingabeplatz, als Lagerplatz und als Ausgabeplatz für den Druckzylinder (9) dienenden ortsfesten Ladestationen (2);b) Bereitstellen einer Fördereinrichtung (3) zum Befördern des Druckzylinders (9) zwischen einer der Ladestationen (2) und der wenigstens einen Bearbeitungsstation (1);c) Positionieren und Fixieren einer den Druckzylinder (9) tragenden Transporteinrichtung (10) in einer der Ladestationen (2);d) Befördern des Druckzylinders (9) von der Ladestation (2) zu der Bearbeitungsstation (1) durch die Fördereinrichtung (3);e) Bearbeiten des Druckzylinders (9) in der Bearbeitungsstation (1);f) Rückfördern des Druckzylinders (9) von der Bearbeitungsstation (1) zu der Ladestation (2) und Absetzen des Druckzylinders (9) auf der Transporteinrichtung (10);g) Freigeben der Transporteinrichtung (10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bearbeitung von mehreren Druckzylindem (9) die Schritte c) bis g) wiederholt werden, wobei die Schritte c) und g) bei mehreren beteiligten Ladestationen (2) unabhängig von den Schritten d) bis f) durchführbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Fördereinrichtung (3) nach dem Absetzen eines Druckzylinders (9) auf der Transporteinrichtung (10) auf das Format des nächsten zu befördernden Druckzylinders (9) einstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch die zum Befördern des Druckzylinders dienenden Schritte:Bereitstellen der Fördereinrichtung (3) mit einem Querversatz (7) und einer zwei Halteelemente (8a, 8b) aufweisenden Halteeinrichtung (8);Bewegen des Querversatzes (7) über den von der Transporteinrichtung (10) getragenen Druckzylinder (9);Bewegen der Halteeinrichtung (8) derart, daß sich die Halteelemente (8a, 8b) auf Höhe des Druckzylinders befinden;Bewegen der Halteelemente (8a, 8b) in Achsrichtung des Druckzylinders (9) zueinander, bis eines der Halteelemente (8a) eine Seite des Druckzylinders berührt und damit seine Zielstellung erreicht hat;Bewegen des Querversatzes (7) parallel zu der Zylinderachse in Richtung des feststehenden Halteelements (8a) mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit;gleichzeitig mit dem Bewegen des Querversatzes (7) Bewegen des anderen Halteelements (8b) parallel zu der Zylinderachse, in Richtung des feststehenden Halteelements (8a) und mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit relativ zu dem Querversatz (7);Abstoppen der Bewegung des Querversatzes (7) und des Halteelements (8b), wenn das Halteement (8b) die andere Seite des Druckzylinders (9) erreicht hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Schritten c) und d) über eine Einrichtung (12) wenigstens eine Abmessung des Druckzylinders (9) bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (12) zum Bestimmen der Abmessung durch die Fördereinrichtung (3) entlang dem Druckzylinder bewegt wird.
