Claims (7)
- Serrure comportant un pêne apte à retenir une gâche, un cliquet apte à bloquer le pêne en position de retenue de la gâche, un organe (1) de commande du cliquet apte à déplacer le cliquet pour libérer le pêne, un levier d'ouverture intérieur (15) et un levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) aptes à déplacer l'organe de commande (1), un levier de condamnation/décondamnation (6) apte à débrayer la liaison entre le levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) et l'organe de commande (1), dans une position condamnée (C), et à rétablir la liaison entre le levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) et l'organe de commande (1), dans une position décondamnée (D), et un moyen de condamnation enfant (17, 20) comportant un organe déplaçable (17) dont une extrémité porte un téton (18) saillant qui traverse successivement une lumière oblongue (3) s'étendant sensiblement radialement sur l'organe de commande (1) par rapport à son axe de rotation et une ouverture. (16) sensiblement en L prévue sur le levier d'ouverture intérieur (15), ladite ouverture en L ayant une première aile (16a) s'étendant en face de la lumière oblongue (3) et une deuxième aile (16b) sensiblement en arc de cercle dont le centre de courbure est confondu avec l'axe de rotation du levier d'ouverture intérieur (15), ledit téton saillant (18) étant apte à être déplacé par le moyen de condamnation enfant (17, 20), dans sa position inactive (O), dans ladite première aile (16a) pour lier en rotation le levier d'ouverture intérieur (15) et l'organe de commande (1) et, dans sa position active (E), en face de ladite deuxième aile (16b) pour débrayer la liaison entre le levier d'ouverture intérieur (15) et l'organe de commande (1), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un moyen de décondamnation automatique à l'ouverture pour déplacer le levier de condamnation/décondamnation (6) vers sa position décondamnée sous l'action du levier d'ouverture intérieur (15), le levier de condamnation/décondamnation (6) comportant un bras (6b) apte à venir le long d'un bord de ladite première aile (16a), dans sa position condamnée (C), de façon que ledit téton saillant (18) puisse venir en appui contre ledit bras lors de l'actionnement du levier d'ouverture intérieur (15) pour décondamner automatiquement la serrure à l'ouverture, ledit moyen de condamnation enfant (17, 20) servant, dans sa position inactive (O), de moyen de décondamnation automatique à l'ouverture, et dans sa position active (E), à neutraliser le moyen de décondamnation automatique à l'ouverture.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe déplaçable est une biellette (17) dont l'extrémité (19), opposée au téton saillant (18), est articulée sur une portion excentrée (20a) d'un bouton rotatif (20) dont une extrémité (21) est accessible à l'extérieur du boítier, pour mettre le moyen de condamnation enfant (17, 20) en position active (E) ou inactive (O).
- Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le déplacement angulaire (β) du bouton rotatif (20) entre sa position active et inactive est d'environ 60°.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de commande (1) comporte une deuxième lumière oblongue (4) s'étendant sensiblement radialement par rapport à son axe de rotation, ladite deuxième lumière oblongue (4) étant traversée par un pion (12) en saillie à une extrémité d'une biellette de liaison (10) qui est articulée à son extrémité opposée (11) sur le levier de condamnation/décondamnation (6), et le levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) comporte une ouverture sensiblement en L (14), ladite ouverture en L (14) ayant une première aile (14a) s'étendant en face de ladite deuxième lumière oblongue (4) et une deuxième aile (14b) sensiblement en arc de cercle dont le centre de courbure est confondu avec l'axe de rotation du levier d'ouverture extérieur (13), ledit pion (12) étant apte à être déplacé dans la première aile (14a) de l'ouverture en L (14) du levier d'ouverture extérieur (13), lorsque le levier de condamnation/ décondamnation (6) est dans sa position décondamnée (D), pour lier en rotation le levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) et l'organe de commande (1), et en face de la deuxième aile (14b) de l'ouverture en L (14) du levier d'ouverture extérieur (13), lorsque ledit levier d'ouverture extérieur est dans sa position condamnée (C), pour débrayer la liaison entre le levier d'ouverture extérieur (13) et l'organe de commande (1).
- Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux lumières oblongues (3, 4) de l'organe de commande (1) sont ménagées de part et d'autre de son axe de rotation.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que chaque lumière oblongue (3, 4) de l'organe de commande (1) est sensiblement en arc de cercle dont le centre de courbure est confondu avec l'axe de rotation (5) du levier de condamnation/décondamnation (6), dans la position de repos de l'organe de commande (1).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que les axes de rotation du levier d'ouverture extérieur (13), du levier d'ouverture intérieur (15) et de l'organe de commande (1) sont confondus.
