Claims (24)
- Valve (1) destinée à équiper un récipient (3) contenant un produit pressurisé au moyen d'un gaz propulseur (G), comportant un corps de valve (2) en matériau élastomérique, et des moyens d'activation pour, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, faire passer la valve d'une position fermée à une position autorisant la distribution du produit via un passage de sortie (23) dudit corps de valve, ladite valve étant, en l'absence de commande d'actionnement, contrainte en position fermée, ledit corps de valve comprenant des premier moyens de montage (16) pour permettre le montage de la valve, dans une première position (H1), dans laquelle le corps de valve définit avec un bord (7) du récipient, au moins un passage (18) en communication avec le récipient (3), de manière à permettre le remplissage du récipient en gaz propulseur, et des second moyens de montage (14), pour permettre le montage de la valve, dans une seconde position (H2), dans laquelle le corps (2) de valve est monté de façon étanche sur ledit bord (7) du récipient.
- Valve selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les premier (16) et second (14) moyens de montage sont disposés de telle sorte que, dans la première position, la valve soit positionnée selon une première hauteur axiale (H1) par rapport au récipient, ladite valve étant, dans ladite seconde position, disposée à une seconde hauteur axiale (H2) par rapport au récipient .
- Valve selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le corps (2) de valve présente un profil apte, après remplissage du récipient en gaz propulseur, à favoriser le passage de la valve de la première position à la seconde.
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les premier et second moyens de montage sont disposés sur le corps de valve, à des hauteurs axiales (H1, H2) différentes, les premier moyens (16) de montage étant disposés entre les second moyens (14) de montage et une extrémité inférieure (2c) du corps de valve, ledit corps de valve présentant entre lesdits premier et second moyens, une section décroissante en direction des premier moyens.
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les second moyens de montage (14) sont formés d'une gorge annulaire formée sur la surface extérieure (2a) du corps de valve, et apte à coopérer de manière étanche avec un bord correspondant (7) du récipient (3).
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les premier moyens de montage sont formés d'une gorge annulaire (16) formée sur la surface extérieure du corps de valve et apte à coopérer avec un bord (7) correspondant du récipient (3), ladite gorge (16) étant interrompue par au moins un passage (18) formé à l'extérieur du corps de valve, et débouchant à l'intérieur du récipient, de profondeur supérieure à la profondeur de ladite gorge.
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier (16) et second moyens (14) de montage sont aptes à coopérer par encliquetage avec ledit bord (7) du récipient.
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau élastomérique est constitué notamment d'un élastomère thermoplastique.
- Valve selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau élastomérique présente une dureté Shore A comprise dans la gamme allant de 30 à 70.
- Valve selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle fonctionne par basculement latéral d'une tige (11) traversée par ledit passage de sortie (23), ladite tige formant lesdits moyens d'activation (12) et étant montée dans un canal (10) formé dans le corps de valve.
- Valve selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le canal (10) présente un axe (A), et la tige (11) de valve présente à l'intérieur du canal (10) un profil (13), apte à coopérer avec un profil complémentaire (15) du canal (10), pour définir une articulation sensiblement autour d'un point (Q), de sorte que quelle que soit la position angulaire de la tige par rapport à l'axe (A), ladite tige (11) soit en contact annulaire étanche avec le canal (10).
- Valve de distribution selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, la tige (11) présente à l'intérieur du canal (10), une portion annulaire formant saillie (15) par rapport au reste de la tige, et dont une section transversale est de forme sphérique, présentant un centre géométrique (Q), le canal (10) ayant une portion, formant un renfoncement (13) de forme complémentaire à celle de la portion formant saillie (15), et apte à recevoir, de manière étanche, ladite portion formant saillie, le point d'articulation de la tige coïncidant sensiblement avec le centre géométrique (Q).
- Valve selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'activation, pour sélectivement mettre en communication une chambre interne (4) avec l'extérieur de ladite valve (1), comprennent une couronne d'étanchéité (9), sollicitée par des moyens de rappel élastiques (20), en appui de façon étanche sur un siège annulaire (4c) formé par ledit corps (2).
- Valve selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le passage de sortie (23) débouche dans la chambre interne (4) de valve par l'intermédiaire d'un passage (25) traversant la tige radialement.
- Valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la tige (11) et la couronne (9) sont réalisées en un matériau thermoplastique rigide.
- Valve selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique (20) sont constitués par au moins un plot élastomérique porté par une paroi (4b) de la chambre (4) et solidaire de celle-ci, ce (ou ces) plot(s) étant en appui élastique contre une partie (32) portant la couronne (9).
- Récipient pour la distribution sous pression d'un produit pressurisé au moyen d'un gaz propulseur, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'une valve selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Récipient selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la valve (1) est montée sur le récipient (3) via une coupelle (8) dont un bord intérieur (7) est destiné à venir en engagement avec lesdits premier (16) ou second (14) moyens de montage de la valve.
- Récipient selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que ladite coupelle (8) est sertie sur le récipient (3).
- Procédé de conditionnement sous pression d'un produit dans un récipient (3) présentant une ouverture délimitée par un bord (7) et dans laquelle est montée une valve (1), ledit procédé consistant à :a) introduire le produit dans le récipient (3);b) positionner la valve (1) dans une position de remplissage (H1), dans laquelle ledit bord du récipient est en engagement avec des premier moyens de montage (16) d'un corps (2) de ladite valve, lesdits premier moyens de montage étant aptes, dans ladite position de remplissage, à délimiter avec ledit bord du récipient, au moins un passage (18) en communication avec le récipient (3);c) au travers dudit (ou desdits) passages (18), introduire du gaz propulseur (G) à l'intérieur du récipient (3); etd) déplacer la valve (1) par rapport au récipient (3) de manière à la positionner dans une position de distribution (H2), dans laquelle ledit bord (7) du récipient est en engagement avec des second moyens de montage (14) dudit corps de valve, lesdits second moyens de montage étant aptes, dans ladite position de distribution, à coopérer avec ledit bord du récipient, de manière à assurer un montage étanche du corps de valve sur ledit récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que le produit est introduit au travers de ladite ouverture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisé en ce que le passage de la position de remplissage (H1) à la position de distribution (H2) s'effectue en déplaçant axialement la valve par rapport au récipient.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 22, caractérisé en ce que ledit bord (7) du récipient (3) est constitué du bord intérieur d'une coupelle (8) montée sur ledit récipient.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 23, caractérisé en ce que dans la position de remplissage (H1) de la valve, une pluralité de passages (18) sont disposés de manière régulière tout autour du corps (2) de valve, le remplissage du récipient (3) en gaz s'effectuant en coiffant la valve au moyen d'une canne (C) d'arrivée de gaz, ladite canne présentant un bord (38) apte à venir en contact étanche tout autour de la valve (1) avec une surface (40) du récipient.
