Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Umschnürungsbandenden an Umschnürungsmaschinen, mit einer Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) und einer Klemm- und Verbindungsstation (20), wobei in der Verbindungsstation Klemm- und Verschlußstempel (28, 29, 30) angeordnet sind, die mittels Federn (37) gegen die Klemm- und Verschlußstempel (28, 29, 30) in eine Arbeits- und Freigabeposition bewegende Nockenwelle (34) vorgespannt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn Druckfedern (37) sind und die Nockenwelle (34) in einem mittleren Bereich von Klemm- und Verschlußstempel (28, 29, 30) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Klemmstempel (28, 30) und ein dazwischen angeordneter Verschlußstempel (29) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (28, 29, 30) ohne weitere Befestigungsmittel herausnehmbar hinter einer Abdeckplatte (39) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenwelle (34)bezüglich der Abdeckplatte (39) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (28, 29, 30) durch in Fenstern der Stempel gelagerte Rollen (42) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (28, 29, 30) fußseitig einen Ausleger (28', 29', 30') aufweist zur Lagerung einer von der Nockenwelle (34) beaufschlagten Laufrolle (35).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstempel (29) einen quer zu seiner Bewegungsrichtung verlagerbaren Reibschlitten (44,61) lagert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reibschlitten (44) U-förmig gestaltet ist und Lagerelemente des Verschlußstempels (29) in seinem U-Innenraum (44''') aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerelemente Lagerrollen (47) sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Umschnürungsbandenden an Umschnürungsmaschinen, mit einer Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) und einer Klemm- und Verbindungsstation (20) für das Umschnürungsband (6), wobei in der Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) ein Antriebsrad (21) in Vorschubrichtung einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsrad (21) sich nur über einen Teil der Breite (B) des Umscnhürungsbandes (6) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umschnürungsband (6) seitlich zu dem eingreifenden Antriebsrad (21) von der Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) U-förmig umfaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umschnürungsband (6) beidseitig des Antriebsrades (21) von der Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) U-förmig umfaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umschnürungsband (6) gegenüberliegend zu dem Antriebsrad (21) mit einem Gegenrad (24) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (24) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Umschnürungsbandenden an Umschnürungsmaschinen, mit einer Umschnürungsband-Führung (19) und einer Klemm- und Verbindungsstation (20) für das Umschnürungsband (6), wobei das Umschnürungsband (6) von dem Spannrad (17) in Spannrichtung antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (D) des Spannrades (17) bei Umschnürungsbändern bis zu einer Breite von etwa 10 mm mindestens dem Zehnfachen der Breite (B) des über die volle Breite beaufschlagten Umschnürungsbandes (6) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (D) des Spannrades (17) etwa dem 13 bis 17fachen der Breite (B) des über die volle Breite beaufschlagten Umschnürungsbandes (6) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannrad (17) mittels eines zur Einstellung der Spannkraft regelbaren Gleichstrommotors angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebskraft mittels eines Getriebes (11) auf das Spannrad (17) aufgebracht wird, wobei eine Gegenhalterungskraft des Getriebes (11) über eine Meßdose (15) aufgenommen wird und eine bestimmte Beaufschlagung der Meßdose (15) als Grenzwert für die Spannkraft herangezogen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebskraft mittels einer magnetischen Kupplung auf das Spannrad (17) übertragen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplung eine Magnet-Pulverkupplung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplung eine Hysteresekupplung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerlagerplatte (31) am Einlauf für das Bandende Zähne (53) mit einer in Einlaufrichtung weisenden Steilflanke (53') aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reibschlitten (44) senkrecht zur Reibbewegung mittels Wangen (59'') des zugehörigen Stempels (29) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Reibelement (57) in Bandlängsrichtung beweglich in einer Führung (59) des Reibschlittens (44) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reibschlitten (61) als um eine in Bandlängsrichtung sich erstreckende Achse (62) verlagerbaree Schwenkhebel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibelement (67) in einer in Bandlängsrichtung, ausgehend von einer Anschlagstellung, gegen die Kraft einer Feder (69) beweglichen Aufnahme (66) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch einen unterhalb der Widerlagerplatte (31) und oberhalb des Reibschlittens (44) angeordneten, aus der Umschnürungsbandebene aussteuerbaren Zwischenschieber (70).
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch eine in den Weg des Umschnürungsbandendes ragende Nase (73) des Zwischenschiebers (70) und eine in Bandeinschubrichtung vorgesehene Verlagerbarkeit desselben zur Aktivierung einer Schaltwippe (72).
