Claims (13)
- Unten drehender Turmdrehkran mit einem an einen austeleskopierbaren inneren Turmstück (2) angelenkten Ausleger (7), der aus seiner Transportstellung, in der das gelenkig mit der Drehbühne (5) verbundene untere Turmstück (1) mit dem in dieses einteleskopierten oberen Turmstück auf diese abgelegt und der Ausleger (7) an den Turm (1, 2) angeklappt ist, durch Aufrichten des Turms (1, 2) dadurch in seine Betriebsstellung verbracht werden kann, in der sich der Ausleger (7) in seiner vorbestimmten Winkelstellung zum Turm (1, 2) befindet, daß ein Abspannseil (11, 16) von einem Festpunkt (12) am Ausleger (13) über eine schwenkbare obere Stütze (15) und Umlenkrollen (18, 19) jeweils an der Drehbühne im Abstand vom Turm, an dem unteren Bereich des unteren Turmstücks (1) oder an der Drehbühne (5) nahe dem Turm und an dem oberen Ende des unteren Turmstücks (1) zu einem Festpunkt (23) am unteren Ende des austeleskopierbaren Turmstücks (2), der mit dem äußeren Turmstück (1) verriegelbar ist, verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mit dem Abspannseil (16, 22) eine Seilflasche (20) verbunden ist, die sich bei einteleskopiertem inneren Turmstück (2) im Bereich unterhalb der Umlenkrolle (21) am oberen Ende des äußeren Turmstücks (1) befindet,daß über die Seilrolle der Seilflasche (20) ein Seil von einer auf der Drehbühne (5) angeordneten Montagewinde zu einem den Turm aufrichtenden Flaschenzug (27) verläuft, dessen Seil zwischen Rollen eingeschert ist, die am unteren Ende des Turms (1) und an der Drehbühne (5) gelagert sind, unddaß der Turm (1) an der Drehbühne (5) um eine Achse (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist, die sich oberhalb der Rolle (28) oder Rollen des Flaschenzugs (27) am Turm befindet. - Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seilflasche (20) die zu den Festpunkten (12, 23) verlaufenden Trume (16, 22) des Abspannseils miteinander verbindet und das zu dem Festpunkt (12) an dem Ausleger (7) verlaufende Seiltrum (16) durch zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Laschen mit der Seilflasche (20) verbunden ist, daß die untere Lasche im Bereich ihres Endes ein Verriegelungselement trägt, das den Turm mit der Drehbühne (5) unter Aufnahme des von dem Ausleger (7) verursachten Seilzugs verriegelt, bevor das entriegelte Innenturmstück (2) seine völlig austeleskopierte Stellung erreicht hat, und daß die Montagewinde die von dem Auslegerseilzug entlastete Seilflasche (20) bis zum Absetzen des Innenturmstücks (2) auf eine dieses mit dem Außenturmstück (1) verbindende Betriebsauflage weiter verfährt.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelung zwischen dem Turm (1, 2) und der Drehbühne (5) aus einer Gabel besteht, deren nach oben weisenden und einander übergreifenden Zinken durch Konsolen einerseits mit dem Turm (1) und andererseits mit der Drehbühne (5) verbunden sind, und daß ein das Verriegelungselement bildender Querbolzen zur Verriegelung zwischen die Gabelzinken greift.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der unteren Lasche der gelenkig verbundenen Laschen ein Seil verbunden ist, das über die Rollen im Fußbereich des äußeren Turmstücks und im Abstand von diesem an der Drehbühne über eine Rolle einer Seilflasche, die oberhalb der Drehbühne mit dem Ende des zu dem Festpunkt an dem Ausleger verlaufenden Trums des Abspannseils verbunden ist, und zurück über gleichachsig mit den Rollen gelagerten Rollen zu einem Festpunkt an der anderen Seilflasche (20) verläuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abspannseil (16) mit einer mit Bohrungen versehenen Lasche verbunden ist, die im einteleskopierten Zustand des Innenturms mit Bohrungen eines Bocks verbolzbar ist, der auf der Drehbühne (5) angeordnet ist,
- Turmdrehkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Abspannseil verbundene Lasche mit einem Bolzen versehen ist, den bei Schrägzug ein Fanghaken eines auf der Drehbühne befestigten Haltebocks verriegelt.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche eine den Fanghaken entriegelnde Einrichtung trägt, die wirksam wird, sobald das die Lasche tragende Seil eine etwa senkrechte Stellung erreicht hat.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abspannseil (16) oberhalb der ersten, turmfernen Umlenkrolle (18) an der Drehbühne (5) mit einer Verbindungslasche (80) versehen ist, an das ein Ende eines Seils (72) oder eines anderen Zugelements befestigbar ist, dessen anderes Ende an einem Festpunkt der Drehbühne (5) nahe dem Fußbereich des Turms (1, 2) befestigbar ist.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Turm (1, 2) mit einer rückwärtigen Abspannstütze (78) versehen ist, an deren äußerem Endbereich eine Rolle gelagert ist, über die ein einen Kranhaken tragendes Hubseil läuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abspannseil (71) oberhalb der Verbindungslasche (80) zweisträngig in der Weise ausgeführt ist, daß zwischen den beiden Strängen ein Zwischenraum entsteht, in dem das den Kranhaken tragende Hubseil läuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kranhaken an einer Seilflasche (75) angeordnet ist, über dessen Rolle oder Rollen das Hubseil (74) geführt ist, das über die Rolle oder Rollen der Lasthakenflasche der Laufkatze (82) zu einem Festpunkt am Endbereich des Auslegers verläuft.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasthakenflasche der Laufkatze (82) schwerer ist als der Kranhaken mit Seilflasche (75) der rückwärtigen Stütze (78) und daß die Lasthakenflasche mit der Laufkatze (82) verriegelbar ist.
- Turmdrehkran nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Hubseil (78) eine eigene Hilfswinde (77) vorgesehen ist.
