Claims (8)
- Serrure pour portière de véhicule automobile, comportant un pêne (4) apte à retenir une gâche, un cliquet (5) de blocage du pêne en position de retenue de la gâche, un mécanisme d'ouverture extérieure (32) pour actionner le cliquet vers sa position de libération du pêne, un moyen mécanique de liaison extérieure (C) constitué par un câble flexible dont une portion extérieure est destinée à être reliée à un moyen de commande extérieure, tel qu'une poignée ou palette extérieure de portière, et dont une portion intérieure s'étend à l'intérieur du boítier de serrure (B) et est munie à l'extrémité libre d'un embout (36) apte à actionner le mécanisme d'ouverture extérieure pour provoquer l'ouverture de la serrure, en réponse à l'actionnement du moyen de commande extérieure, et un mécanisme de condamnation comportant un levier de condamnation bi-stable (41) pour mettre la serrure dans une position condamnée ou décondamnée, caractérisée par le fait que l'embout (36) est disposé de manière à être déplaçable par un bras (47) du levier de condamnation (41) dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement du câble, pour, dans la position de condamnation de serrure, faire échapper l'embout au mécanisme d'ouverture extérieure (32) et, dans la position de décondamnation, mettre l'embout dans une position de coopération avec le mécanisme d'ouverture extérieure, la souplesse inhérente au câble de liaison étant utilisée pour débrayer la liaison entre le moyen de commande extérieure et le mécanisme d'ouverture pour la condamnation de la serrure, et l'élasticité propre du câble de liaison rappelant l'embout dans sa position de repos pour la position décondammée de la serrure.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le mécanisme d'ouverture extérieure comporte un levier d'actionnement muni (32), à une extrémité, d'une fourchette (35) entre les branches de laquelle passe la portion intérieure du câble (C), dans la position de décondamnation de la serrure, l'écartement des branches étant inférieur à la dimension dudit embout (36) pour que ce dernier puisse entraíner ledit levier d'actionnement, la portion intérieure du câble et son embout échappant à ladite fourchette dans la position de condamnation de la serrure.
- Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que les branches de la fourchette (35) comportent, à leur extrémité libre, une rampe de guidage (35a) pour guider l'embout (36) du câble (C) dans sa position échappée de condamnation, lorsque le câble subit une traction sous l'action du moyen de commande extérieure.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un moyen de décondamnation automatique à l'ouverture comportant, d'une part, un élément suiveur de came (13a) coopérant avec un profil de came (4a) prévu sur le pêne (4) et, d'autre part, une portion d'appui (54) apte à coopérer avec une butée (49) prévue sur le levier de condamnation (41), de façon que, lors de la rotation du pêne vers sa position d'ouverture, le profil de came entraíne un déplacement de l'élément suiveur de came et, par suite, de ladite portion d'appui de façon à amener automatiquement le levier de condamnation dans sa position de décondamnation.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que la portion intérieure du moyen de liaison mécanique (C) est solidaire d'un curseur (37) qui est guidé par une glissière (38, 39) à l'intérieur d'un compartiment étanche (15) de la serrure, le long de la course d'ouverture du moyen de liaison mécanique, et qui est apte à coopérer en fin de course d'ouverture avec un contacteur d'ouverture extérieure (60), pour déclencher l'émission d'un signal de commande d'ouverture vers un moteur électrique (16) pour l'assistance à l'ouverture, lequel moteur électrique est apte à entraíner un levier d'ouverture extérieure (9) pour actionner le cliquet (5).
- Serrure selon les revendications 2 et 5 prises en combinaison, caractérisée par le fait que ledit levier d'actionnement est un levier d'ouverture de secours (32), en cas de panne électrique ou d'épuisement de la batterie du véhicule, apte à être déplacé par le moyen de liaison (C), sous l'action du moyen de commande extérieure, sur une surcourse au-delà de la course d'ouverture nécessaire pour actionner le contacteur (60), ledit levier de secours étant apte à déplacer, lors de ladite surcourse, le levier d'ouverture extérieure (9), en vue de la libération du pêne (4).
- Serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le levier de secours (32) est soumis à un ressort de rappel à raideur élevée vers sa position de repos.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que le mécanisme de condamnation comporte un moteur électrique réversible (52) pour entraíner le levier de condamnation (41) entre ses positions condamnée et décondamnée.
