Claims (10)
- Elektrisches Kraftfahrzeugtürschloss, enthaltend: ein Schlossgehäuse (B), von dem ein erstes, sogenanntes Festhalteabteil (3) einen Riegel (4) enthält, der eine Zuhaltung und eine Sperre (5) zum Sichern des Riegels in Festhaltestellung der Zuhaltung halten kann, und von dem ein zweites, sogenanntes Kinematikabteil (15) in dichter Weise einen Deaktivierungsmechanismus mit einem Deaktivierungshebel (41) enthält, der das Schloss in die deaktivierte/aktivierte Stellung bringen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Abteil auch in dichter Weise einen Öffnungsmechanismus mit einem Elektromotor (16) zur Öffnungsunterstützung aufweist und dass im zweiten, dem Kinematikabteil (15) der Elektromotor (16) über ein Rädergetriebe (17 - 19) ein mit zumindest einem radial exzentrischen Zapfen (24) versehenes Zahnrad (22) drehend antreiben kann, wobei der genannte Zapfen dazu bestimmt ist, bei Drehung des Zahnrades (22) einen Betätigungshebel (11) des zweiten Abteils (15) solange anzutreiben, bis ein am genannten Zahnrad (22) radial exzentrischer Stift bzw. Finger (23a) mit einem elastischen Öffnungsendanschlag (27) in Kontakt gelangt, wobei die Stromversorgung des Motors während einer ausreichenden Zeitdauer, beispielsweise 100 ms, verzögert wird, um zu gewährleisten, dass der Stift den elastischen Anschlag erreicht, wobei der Betätigungshebel (11) drehfest mit einem Öffnungshebel (9) verbunden ist, der im ersten, dem Festhalteabteil (3) angeordnet ist und mit der Sperre (5) zusammenwirken kann, um diese in die Freigabestellung des Riegels (4) zu verlagern.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rädergetriebe ein erstes Ritzel (17) enthält, das fest mit der Antriebswelle des Elektromotors (16) verbunden ist und mit einem zweiten Ritzel (18) kämmt, das fest mit einer Schnecke (19) verbunden ist, die umfänglich mit dem genannten Zahnrad (22) kämmt, wobei die genannte Schnecke mit einer spiralförmigen Rückholfeder verbunden ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Schnecke in umgekehrter Richtung zu drehen, wenn die Stromversorgung des Motors unterbrochen wird, wodurch die Rückkehr des Zapfens (24) des Zahnrads (22) in seine Ausgangsstellung hervorgerufen wird.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deaktivierungsmechanismus einen zweiten, zur Deaktivierungs-/Aktivierungsunterstützung des Schlosses umkehrbaren Elektromotor (52) enthält, wobei die Antriebswelle (51) des zweiten Elektromotors mit einem Ritzel (50) versehen ist, das mit einem Zahnsegment (48) des Deaktivierungshebels (41) kämmt.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (16) zur Öffnungsunterstützung dazu bestimmt ist, den Öffnungshebel (9) mit Ansprechen auf ein Steuersignal anzutreiben, das von einem Außenöffnungskontaktgeber (60) ausgegeben wird, wenn ein Außenbetätigungsmittel, wie etwa ein äußerer Türgriff oder Klappgriff, von einem Benutzer betätigt wird.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein mechanisches Mittel (C) zum Verbinden nach außen enthält, von dem ein äußeres Teil zum Verbinden mit einem Außenbetätigungsmittel bestimmt ist und von dem ein weiteres, inneres Teil sich im zweiten dichten Abteil (15) des Schlosses erstreckt, wobei der genannte Außenöffnungskontaktgeber (60) im genannten zweiten dichten Abteil auf der Wegstrecke des genannten inneren Teils des mechanischen Mittels (C) zum Verbinden nach außen so angeordnet ist, dass es ein Außenöffnungssteuersignal ausgibt, wenn das mechanische Verbindungsmittel beim Betätigen des Außenbetätigungsmittels über einen bestimmten Öffnungsweg verlagert wird.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deaktivierungshebel (41) drei Arme enthält, nämlich einen ersten Arm (47), um ein mechanisches Mittel (C) zum Verbinden mit einem Außenbetätigungsmittel in eine deaktivierte oder aktivierte Stellung zu bringen, einen zweiten Arm (43) zum eventuellen Verbinden mit einem Schließzylinder und einen dritten Arm (45) zum eventuellen Verbinden mit einem Türinnenbetätigungsglied.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungsmechanismus einen Nothebel (32) zum mechanischen Öffnen für den Fall eines Stromausfalls bzw. einer erschöpften Fahrzeugbatterie enthält, wobei dieser Nothebel einen ersten Schenkel (31) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem am Betätigungshebel (11) abstehenden Stift (30) zusammenzuwirken, sowie einen zweiten Schenkel (34), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem mechanischen Mittel (C) zum Verbinden mit einem Außenbetätigungsmittel zusammenzuwirken, wenn das Schloss in aktivierter Stellung ist.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein automatisches Aktivierungsmittel zum Öffnen mit einem ersten Hebel (13) enthält, der mit einem Nockennachführelement (13a) versehen ist, das im ersten Festhalteabteil (3) angeordnet ist, um mit einem am Riegel (4) vorgesehenen Nockenprofil (4a) zusammenzuwirken, und mit einem zweiten Hebel (54), der im zweiten dichten Abteil (15) angeordnet ist und mit einem am Deaktivierungshebel (41) vorgesehenen Anschlag (49) zusammenwirken kann, so dass bei Drehung des Riegels in seine Öffnungsstellung das Nockenprofil eine Verlagerung des Nockennachführelements und damit des zweiten Hebels (54) bewirkt, der drehfest mit dem ersten Hebel (13) verbunden ist, um den Deaktivierungshebel (41) automatisch in seine Aktivierungsstellung zu bringen.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Hebel (54) des automatischen Aktivierungsmittels zum Öffnen den Anschlag (49) des Deaktivierungshebels (41) in Riegelöffnungsstellung sichern kann, um die Deaktivierung des Schlosses in Türoffenstellung zu unterbinden.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre (5) über ein mechanisches Verbindungsmittel, wie etwa ein Kabel oder ein Gestänge, mit einem Innenbetätigungsmittel, wie etwa einem inneren Türgriff oder Klappgriff, verbunden ist, um die Sperre in eine Freigabestellung des Riegels (4) zu bringen.
