Claims (12)
- Streugerät, insbesondere für den Anbau an ein Fahrzeug, für das wahlweise verteilende Ausstreuen von Streugut - Sand, Salz oder dergleichen - zum einen mittels einer um eine etwa horizontale Achse rotierend angetriebenen sogenannten Streuwalze (3) auf eine streifenförmige Fläche, deren Streifenbreite etwa der axialen Länge der Streuwalze (3) entspricht, und zum anderen mittels eines um eine etwa vertikale Achse rotierend angetriebenen Streutellers (2) auf eine durch die umfängliche Streuweite des drehenden Streutellers (2) definierte Fläche, wobei die beiden Streuarten mittels einer Umsteuereinrichtung jeweils separat einschaltbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streuwalze (3) von einer im Abstreubereich eines Streugutvorratsbehälters ausgebildeten, über ihre Länge verteilt angeordnete Streuöffnungen (5) sowie einen dazu versetzt angeordneten Durchlaß (7) für die Übergabe des Streugutes auf die Verteilerfläche des Streutellers (2) aufweisenden Wanne (6) untergriffen ist und daß ein Steuerschieber (1; 10) angrenzend an die Wannenbodenwandung (9; 19) entlang dieser verschiebbar angeordnet ist, der wenigstens eine - vorzugsweise mehrere - Übertrittsöffnungen (11; 12) aufweist, die in Abhängigkeit von Verschiebestellungen des Steuerschiebers (1; 10) die Streuöffnungen (5) in der Wannenbodenwandung (9; 19) mehr oder weniger freigibt oder unter Verschließen der Streuöffnungen den Durchlaß (7) zum Streuteller (2) öffnet. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Verschiebestellung des Steuerschiebers (1; 10) vorgesehen ist, in der sowohl die Streuöffnungen (5) als auch der Durchlaß (7) der Wannenbodenwandung (9; 19) verschlossen sind. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerschieber (1) zwischen der Wannenbodenwandung (9) und der Walze (3) angeordnet ist und entweder um eine etwa parallel zur Walzenachse verlaufende Schwenkachse drehbar oder in Achsrichtung der Walzenachse verschiebbar ist. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerschieber (1) als zum Streubehälter mehr oder weniger offenes Rohr ausgebildet ist, das in seinem zwischen der Wanne (6) - Wannenbodenwandung (9) - und der Walze (3) gelegenen Bereich mindestens eine Übertrittsöffnung (11) aufweist, die je nach Verschwenklage oberhalb der Streuöffnungen (5) oder oberhalb des Durchlasses (7) zur Wurffläche des Streutellers (2) liegt. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerschieber als zum Streubehälter mehr oder weniger offenes Rohr ausgebildet ist, das die Wannenbodenwandung untergreift und in diesem Untergriffsbereich wenigstens eine Übertrittsöffnung aufweist, die je nach Verschwenklage des Rohres die Streuöffnungen oder den Durchlaß zur Wurffläche des Streutellers freigibt. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streuwalze (3) konzentrisch zu dem in seinen axialen Endbereichen rohrförmigen Steuerschieber (1) angeordnet ist. - Streugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (6) die Walze (3) um mehr als 180° umfaßt. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsachse der Streuwalze (3), die Längsachse der Krümmung der Wanne (6) und die Drehachse des rohrförmigen Steuerschiebers (1) räumlich deckungsgleich angeordnet sind. - Streugerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wannenbodenwandung (19) etwa eben ausgebildet ist, der ein angrenzender, entsprechend eben ausgebildeter Steuerschieber (10) überoder untergreifend zugeordnet ist, der im Falle der Übergriffsanordnung vorzugsweise in Achsrichtung der Streuwalze und im Falle der Untergriffsanordnung vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Achsrichtung der Streuwalze (3) verschiebbar geführt ist. - Streugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streuwalze (3) als Förderschnecke ausgebildet ist, deren zur Mitte hin gesehen hälftige Wendel derart gegenläufig ausgebildet sind, daß die Förderrichtung von beiden axialen Enden der Schnecke her zur Mitte erfolgt. - Streugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchlaß (7) zur Weiterleitung auf die nach oben weisende Verteilerfläche des Streutellers (2) hinsichtlich der Achsialausdehnung der Walze (3) etwa mittig und gegenüber der Reihe von Streuöffnungen (5) verschoben angeordnet ist. - Streugerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchlaß (7) zur Überführung von Streugut auf die Verteilerfläche des Streutellers (2) an einen Leitkanal angeschlossen ist.
