Description
Hierzu kann nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung das Ritzel an seiner dem Türblatt abgewandten Seite eine Abflachung aufweisen, an welcher sich die in einem Sackloch des Hebelgriffs befindliche Druckfeder abstützt. In der eingeklappten Stellung des Hebelgriffs sorgt diese Federvorspannung gleichzeitig für eine Belastung des Ritzels in die Schließstellung der Verriegelungsstange, so daß die Verriegelungsstange entsprechend festgelegt ist.

Claims (11)
- Versenkbarer Verschluß für Türen von insbesondere dünnwandigen Schaltschränken mit einer auf die Vorderseite des Türblattes (10) aufsetzbaren und zur versenkbaren Aufnahme eines Hebelgriffs (15) eingerichteten Mulde (11), wobei der Hebelgriff (15) in der in die Mulde (11) eingeklappten Stellung über eine Schließeinrichtung (17) festlegbar und über einen Freigabeweg aus der eingeklappten Stellung in eine Betätigungsposition aus der Mulde (11) herausklappbar und die weitere Drehung des Hebelgriffs (15) über einen Betätigungsweg in die Drehbewegung eines eine an der Innenseite des Türblattes (10) längsverschieblich führbare Verriegelungsstange (22) durch Eingriff seiner Außenverzahnung (21) in Stangenausnehmungen (23) antreibenden Ritzels (20) umsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsweg des Hebelgriffs (15) in einer zum Türblatt (10) senkrechten Ebene eingerichtet ist und das in die Stangenausnehmungen (23) der Verriegelungsstange (22) eingreifbare Ritzel (20) auf der Lagerachse (16) des Hebelgriffs (15) in der Mulde (11) gelagert und unter Ausbildung eines den Freigabeweg des Hebelgriffs (15) überbrückenden Freilaufes (27, 28) unmittelbar an die Drehbewegung des Hebelgriffs (15) gekoppelt ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausbildung des Freilaufes das Ritzel (20) ein Langloch (27) und der Hebelgriff (15) einen in das Langloch (27) des Ritzels (20) eingreifenden und in dem Langloch (27) beweglichen Stift (28) aufweisen.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Freilauf zwischen Hebelgriff (15) und Ritzel (20) im Bereich der gemeinsamen Lagerachse (16) über zugeordnete Drehanschläge ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelgriff (15) gegenüber dem Ritzel (20) über eine den Hebelgriff (15) in dessen aus der Mulde (11) herausgeklappte Freigabeposition vorspannende Feder (26) abgestützt ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ritzel (20) an seiner dem Türblatt (10) abgewandten Seite eine Abflachung (24) aufweist, an welcher sich die in einem Sackloch (25) des Hebelgriffs (15) befindliche Druckfeder (26) abstützt.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ritzel (20) unmittelbar benachbart eine Stangenführung (29) zugeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenführung (29) etwa mittig der Längserstreckung des Hebelgriffs (15) in seiner in die Mulde (11) eingeklappten Stellung angeordnet ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenführung (29) an der auf der Außenseite des Türblattes (10) aufsetzbaren Mulde (11) befestigt ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenführung (29) an der Mulde (11) anschraubbar ist.
- Verschluß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenführung (29) einstückig mit der Mulde (11) verbunden ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Abdeckung der in der Mulde (11) angeordneten Schließeinrichtung (17) eine als U-förmiger Hohlkörper ausgebildete und an der Mulde (11) unverlierbar geführte Schiebekappe (19) vorgesehen ist, die zur Freigabe der Schließeinrichtung (17) in Längsrichtung der Mulde (11) in Richtung von dem Hebelgriff (15) weg unter Abstützung an dem Türblatt (10) verschiebbar ist.
