Claims (14)
- Agrafeuse pour une brocheuse-assembleuse (1) équipée d'une chaíne collectrice (6), comprenant un chariot agrafeur (15) monté sur un bâti (29) de la machine et défilant conjointement à la chaíne collectrice (6), en vue de l'agrafage ; au moins une tête agrafeuse (16) défilant conjointement audit chariot agrafeur (15), ainsi qu'un dispositif plieur (64) ; et des moyens d'entraínement (3) affectés à la course du chariot agrafeur, à la course d'un cintreur (18) et à la course d'un excitateur (17) de la tête agrafeuse (16), caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement (3) comprennent un premier entraínement (12) destiné à la course du chariot agrafeur et un second entraínement (14) destiné à la course du cintreur (18) et à la course de l'excitateur (17), ainsi qu'à un mouvement d'un organe de pliage (70) du dispositif plieur (64) ; et par le fait que le premier entraínement (12) peut être inversé indépendamment du second entraínement (14), en vue de l'adaptation au pas de répartition de la chaíne collectrice (6).

- Agrafeuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le second entraínement (14) comporte un accouplement (45) actionné de préférence pneumatiquement.
- Agrafeuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'accouplement (45) répercute le mouvement pivotant d'un levier à came (42, respectivement 49) sur des leviers (47, respectivement 50), par concordance de formes, lesquels leviers (47, respectivement 50) sont reliés à des coulisses (19, respectivement 20).
- Agrafeuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que les coulisses (19, 20) présentent une crémaillère (60) en vue de leur guidage, crémaillère (60) dans laquelle pénètre un segment denté (59) d'un levier pivotant (47, respectivement 50).
- Agrafeuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que deux crémaillères (60), agencées à distance l'une de l'autre, sont prévues sur les coulisses (19, 20).
- Agrafeuse selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que les crémaillères (60) sont reliées à un levier pivotant (47, 48, respectivement 50, 52) et lesdits leviers pivotants sont fixés à des arbres (43, 51), avec espacement mutuel.
- Agrafeuse selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'un des deux arbres (43) est un arbre creux (51) traversé, coaxialement, par l'autre arbre (43).
- Agrafeuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif plieur (64) est soutenu avec amortissement élastique.
- Agrafeuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif plieur (64) est réglable en hauteur et est ajustable pour différentes épaisseurs des produits (11) devant être agrafés.
- Agrafeuse selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif plieur (64) est protégé, lors de la compression élastique, d'une surcharge résultant notamment d'un bourrage du papier, la machine étant mise hors fonction lors du dépassement d'une course déterminée.
- Agrafeuse selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée par une barrette profilée (104) fixée au bâti (29) de la machine et actionnant, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un rouleau (106) à came, la course d'un organe de pliage (70) du dispositif plieur (64).
