Claims (14)
- Armstütze für Stühle oder Sessel , die mit einem Armstützenständer (2) am Sitzgestell des Stuhles mit einem Armstützenträger (4) mit oberer Abschlussplatte (5) etwa rechtwinklig zu einer Rückenlehne ausgerichtet befestigt ist, mit einem dieser zugewandten hinteren Pol (6.1) und einem von dieser abgewandten vorderen Pol (6.2), sowie mit einem auf die Abschlussplatte (5) aufsetzbare Armaufleger (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armaufleger (1) als formschlüssig aus einer Oberschale (20) mit Armauflagepolster (21) und einer Unterschale (10) mit Unterplatte (13) zusammengefügter Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, in dem als gestellfestes Mittel eine mittels eines ersten und eines zweiten Haltemittels (15.1, 15.2) mit der oberen Abschlussplatte (5) verbindbare Einsatz- oder Tragplatte (30; 40) so angeordnet ist, dass der Hohlkörper gegenüber dieser Einsatz- oder Tragplatte (30; 40) zumindest verschwenkbar ist, wobei das erste Haltemittel (15.1) durch eine Öffnung (14) in der Unterplatte (13) im Bereich des hinteren Poles (6.1) und das in Richtung auf den vorderen Pol (6.2) im Abstand davon angeordnete zweite Haltemittel (15.2) durch eine Ausnehmung (17) geführt sind, wobei die Ausnehmung (17) zur Begrenzung zumindest des Schwenkwinkels als Langloch ausgebildet ist, das mit einem den Abstand der Haltemittel (15.1, 15.2) entsprechenden Krümmungsdradius kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt ist.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Unterschale (10) des Armauflegens (1) angeordnete Einsatz- oder Tragplatte (30; 40) mittels einer über die Befestigungsmittel (15.1, 15.2) fixierten Haltespange (18) festgelegt ist, die über eine etwa parallel zum gekrümmten Langloch verlaufende kreisbogenförmig gekrümmte Querleiste (32) geführt und dort elastisch so vorgespannt ist, dass sie mit der Querleiste (32) als Mittel zum Fixieren klemmend und/oder rastend zusammenwinkt.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Unterschale (10) des Armauflegers (1) angeordnete Einsatz- oder die Tragplatte (30; 40) an ihrer Unterseite eine Rastleiste (43.1) mit mindestens einer der Stelle der zusätzlichen Fixierung entsprechenden Vertiefung (43.2) aufweist, die mit einer Nase (48.2) eines Rastschiebers (48) als Mittel zum Fixieren einer Schwenkposition klemmend und/oder rastend zusammenwirken.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel zur Fixierung einer weiteren Schwenkposition die Querleiste (32; 43.1) zumindest mittig eine Raststelle aufweist, die mit einer dazu korrespondierenden Raststelle an Haltespange (18) oder an Rastschieber (48) zusammenwirkt, wobei diese Raststellen vorzugsweise als Rastnasen (19; 48.2) ausgebildet sind.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen die Unterschale (10) durchgreifenden Rastschieber (48) mit muldenförmig ausgewölbter Betätigungstaste (48.1) als Mittel zum Lösen der Fixierung, der an deren Unterplatte (13) mit elastischer Vorspannung oder mit einer Vorspannung über eine Feder (49) zum Lösen der Fixierung gegen diese Vorspannung betätigbar ist, und der an seinem oberen Ende eine Nase (48.2) aufweist, die mit der an der Unterseite der Tragplatte (40) angeordneten Rastleiste (43.1) zusammenwirkt.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastschieber (48) zwischen Betätigungstaste (48.1) und oberen Nase (48.2) im Bereich der Durchführung durch eine Ausnehmung (2.4) im Armstützenständer (2) einen Vorsprung (48.3) aufweist, der mit einer Kante (2.5) der Ausnehmung (2.4) des Armstützenständers (2) zusammenwirkend den Rastschieber (48) in der Stellung "entsperrt" hält und bei Zurückdrücken frei gibt.

- Armstütze nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Längsverschiebung der Armstütze (1) gegenüber der Einsatz- oder Tragplatte (30; 40) diese mittels in Unter- oder Oberschale (10; 20) vorgesehenen Führungen (11) oder mittels aufgebogener Längsränder (40.1) in oder an diesen geführt sind, wobei die Öffnung (14) in der Unterplatte (13) im Bereich des ersten Haltemittels (15.1) als sich in Längsrichtung des Armauflegers erstreckendes Langloch und die Ausnehmung (17) im Bereich des zweiten Haltemittels (15.2) als eine dem Schwenkwinkel und der Verschiebetiefe entsprechende, etwa rechtwinklige Ausnehmung ausgebildet sind.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastmechanismus gebildet ist von einem in der Unterplatte (13) schwenkbar gelagerten Taster (35), dessen freies Ende mit einer Rastnase (38) versehen ist, die mit einer Anzahl von Rastöffnungen (34) in der Einsatzplatte (30) zusammenwirkend, ein Sperren bzw. Entsperren der einstellbaren Längsverschiebung des Armauflegers (1) erlaubt, wobei der Taster gegen eine elastische Vorspannung oder eine Feder-Vorspannung zur Längsverschiebung betätigbar ist.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastmechanismus gebildet ist von einer an der Tragplatte (40) vorgesehenen Rastnase (41), die mit einer Anzahl von Raststellen (28) in der inneren Unterseite der Oberschale (20) zusammenwirkend ein Sperren bzw. Entsperren der Längsverschiebung des Armauflegers (1) erlaubt, wobei der Armaufleger (1) gegenüber der Tragplatte (40) kippbar so gelagert ist, dass bei einem Kippen des Armauflegers (1) die Rastnase (41) aus der Rastöffnung (20.2) der Oberschale (20) austretend die Längsverschiebung entsperrt.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Hohlkörper der Armaufleger (1) und der Tragplatte (40) im Bereich des dem hinteren Pol (6.1) zugeordneten der Haltemittel (15.1; 15.2) mindestens eine elastische Unterlage vorgesehen ist, zum Halten der Armaufleger (1) in eingerasteter Stellung, wobei vorzugsweise als elastische Unterlage eine an die Tragplatte (40) angeformte Zunge (46) oder ein unter der Tragplatte (40) vorgesehener Höhenausgleich mit elastischem Glied, beispielsweise einer Feder vorgesehen ist.
- Armstütze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der Armstützenträger in einer am Sitzgestell befestigten Ständerhülse höhenverstellbar geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Höhenverstellbarkeit die Ständerhülse (4.1) und der in diese eingeführte Armstützenständer (2) mit einer mit beiden zusammenwirkenden Rasteinrichtung versehen sind, die zur Entriegelung der Höhenverstellung eine Auslösevorrichtung mit einem Steuergestänge (8) aufweist, das eine mit einem querliegenden Rastschieber (8.2) zusammenwirkende Steuerkurve (8.1) aufweist, über die der Rastschieber (8.2) aus einer Rastposition in eine entrastete Position bewegbar ist, und wobei Steuertaste/Steuergestänge (8, 9) elastische Rückstellmittel (8.3) aufweisen, zum Zurückbringen in die verrastete Position.
- Armstütze nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als elastisches Rückstellmittel (8.3) eine Zug- oder eine Druckfeder vorgesehen ist, die in einer Federnut (2.3) im Armstützenträger (2) gelagert, mit dem Steuergestänge (8) zusammenwirkt.
- Armstütze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Unterschale (10) und Oberschale (20) und zumindest die Einsatz- oder die Tragplatte (30, 40) als vorzugsweise im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellte Kunststoff-Teile ausgebildet sind.
