Claims (10)

  1. Elektrische Sicherheitssteckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung, insbesondere für Leistungsübertragung, bestehend aus zwei im Betriebszustand miteinander verbundenen identischen Steckverbindungsteilen (1, 1'), wobei jeweils jedes Steckverbindungsteil wenigstens einen in der Medianebene (P) der Steckverbindung angeordneten elektrischen Kontakt (17, 17') umfaßt sowie eine Kontaktverschlußklappe (51, 51'), welche den Kontakt (17, 17') gegen jegliches Eindringen schützt und sich beim Zusammenstecken bzw. Kuppeln der Steckverbindungsteile (1, 1') öffnet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Verschlußklappe (51, 51') vor dem genannten Kontakt (17, 17') drehbar angeordnet ist und mit solcher Formgebung ausgebildet ist und in geeigneter Weise gedreht wird, daß sie in der Außer-Betrieb-Stellung den Zugang zu dem Kontakt (17, 17') verschließt und ihn beim Zusammenstecken bzw. Kuppeln zugänglich macht, wobei die Verschlußklappe (51, 51') in positiver Weise, beispielsweise mittels einer Nockenbahn, aus der geschlossenen Stellung im Außer-Betrieb-Zustand in die geöffnete Stellung im Kupplungs- bzw. zusammengesetzten Zustand überführt wird, und daß jedes Teil der Steckverbindung (1, 1') eine Führungsbahn (3, 7; 3', 7'), beispielsweise mit Nocken (3, 3') und damit zusammenwirkenden zugehörigen Nuten (7, 7'), umfaßt, zur gegenseitigen Führung der Steckverbindungsteile beim Zusammenstecken/Kuppeln und beim Auseinanderziehen der Steckverbindungsteile, wobei der zusammengesteckte bzw. gekuppelte Zustand durch eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (9, 9') in seiner Stellung verriegelbar und entriagelbar ist.
  2. Elektrische hermaphroditische bzw. Zwitter-Steckverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, das zum Zusammenstecken bzw. Kuppeln die Steckverbindungsteile (1, 1') gegeneinander unter einem gegenseitigen Winkel von 180° ausgerichtet werden.
  3. Elektrische Steckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verachlußklappe (51, 51') elastisch in die Schließstellung vorgespannt ist und durch Eingriff mit einem überstehenden Teil (47, 47') des Gehäuses des anderen Steckverbindungsteils beim Zusammensteck- bzw. Kupplungsvorgang in die Öffnungsstellung gesteuert wird.
  4. Elektrische Steckverhindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. zwitterausbildung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (51, 51') axial verschieblich angeordnet ist und nach vorne vorgespannt ist.
  5. Elektrische Steckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußklappe (51, 51') dreh- bzw. axial beweglich in einem beweglichen Block (15, 15') angeordnet ist, der seinerseits axial gleitend verschieblich in dem Gehäuse gelagert und nach vorne vorgespannt ist.
  6. Elektrische Steckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Kontakt (17, 17') ein beweglich gelagerter und axial in Richtung nach vorne vorgespannter Endkontakt ist.
  7. Elektrische Steckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (9, 9') von Hand lösbar ist, unter Auslösung des Auseinanderziehens der Steckverbindungsteile (1, 1'), derart daß jegliche elektrische Bogenbildung bei der Unterbrechung des Kontakts begrenzt wird.
  8. Elektrische Steckverbindung in hermaphroditischer bzw. Zwitterausbildung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusammensteck- bzw. Kupplungsvorgang gemäß einer ersten Transversalbewegung und sodann einer zweiten Axialhewegung erfolgt, wobei die seitlichen Nocken bzw. Vorsprünge (3) am Vorderschurz (5) eines der Steckverbindungsteile (1) in Eingriff mit komplementären L-förmigen Nuten (7') des anderen Steckverbindungsteils (1') gelangen, und entsprechend für das andere Steckverbindungsteil (1'); und daß die Verriegelung der Kupplungsstellung am Ende des Kupplungsvorgangs mit Hilfe von zwei äußeren entgegengesetzten Haken (9) und (9') erfolgt, deren Nase an einem der Teile in Eingriff mit einem entsprechsnden komplementären vorspringenden Teil des anderen Teils gelangt.
  9. Hermaphroditische bzw. Zwitter-Steckverbindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie jeweils für jedes Steckverbindungsteil (1, 1') eine mittels einer Klemmvorrichtung (45, 45') befestigte biegsam-elastische Umfangsdtchtung (43, 43') aufweist, die am vorderen Teil des Gehäuses auf dem Niveau des beweglichen Blocks (15, 15') angeordnet ist, wobei diese Dichtung (43, 43') auf dem oberen Rand der vorderen Ausnehmung (23, 23') des Gehäusekörpers angebracht ist und zur Dichtungsanlage gegen die entsprechende Dichtung (43, 43') des anderen Steckverbindungsteils in zusammengestecktem bzw. gekuppeltem Zustand bestimmt ist.
  10. Hermaphroditische bzw. Zwitter-Steckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte bewegliche Block (15) wenigstens eine Durchgangsöffnung (31) für den Durchtritt des Kontakts (17) aufweist, des weiteren einen oberen vorderen Haken (47) und eine untere Ausnehmung (49) in vertikaler Ausrichtung mit dem Haken (47), und desgleichen der Block (15'), wobei der Haken (47) eines beweglichen Blocks (15) eines Steckverbindungsteils (1) dazu bestimmt ist, beim Zusammenstecken bzw. Kuppeln (während der ersten Tranaversalbewegung) in die entsprechende Ausnehmung (49') des beweglichen Blocks (15') des anderen Steckverbindungsteils (1') einzudringen, und wobei desgleichen der Haken (47') die Öffnung der Verschlußklappen (51, 51') herbeiführt, wobei die beweglichen Blöcke (15, 15') der Steckverbindungsteile beim Zusammenstecken gegeneinander anliegen, um nach der Öffnung der Verschlußklappen den Durchtritt der Kontakte (17, 17') zu gestatten, und im Inneren des Gehäusekörpers ihres entsprechenden Steckverbindungsteils zurückzulaufen, um am Ende des Vorgangs die Verbringung der Kontakte (17, 17') gegeneinander und in elektrischer Verbindung miteinander zu gestatten.
