Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Dosierung von Waschmitteln in mehrstufig arbeitenden Waschmaschinen mit mindestens einer Einspülkammer, wobei der Eintritt von Wasser in eine Einspülkammer der Waschmaschine ohne Eingriff in die Waschmaschinensteuerung die einmalige Dosierung einer vorbestimmbaren Waschmittelmenge auslöst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorbestimmbare Waschmittelmenge in diese Einspülkammer dosiert wird und daß weitere Dosierauslösungen bis zu einer erneuten Aktivierung gesperrt bleiben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem zweistufigen Waschverfahren mit dem Start des Waschvorgangs manuell die Dosierung des Waschmittels für die erste Stufe erfolgt und durch den Wassereintritt in die Einspülkammer für die zweite Stufe die Dosierung hierfür ausgelöst wird, wobei der manuelle Start die erneute Aktivierung auslöst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorbestimmung der für eine Waschstufe zu dosierenden Waschmittelmenge über einen mindestens zweistufigen Mengenregler erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mengenregler manuell eingestellt wird. - Steuerungsvorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zur Steuerung der Dosierung von Waschmitteln in mehrstufig arbeitenden Waschmaschinen (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei in mindestens einer Einspülkammer (2) der Waschmaschine (1) ein Feuchtesensor (7) angeordnet und ohne Verbindung zur Waschmaschinensteuerung über eine Signalleitung (8) mit einem separaten Dosiersystem (10) verbunden ist und diese Anordnung so ausgebildet ist, daß bei Eintritt von Wasser (5) in eine mit dem Feuchtesensor (7) ausgestattete Einspülkammer (3) ein Signal erzeugt wird, das intern in der Dosiersteuerung des separaten Dosiersystems (10) verarbeitet wird und die Dosierung einer vorbestimmbaren Waschmittelmenge auslöst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dosiersystem (10) zum Dosieren der vorbestimmbaren Waschmittelmenge in diese Einspülkammer (2) ausgelegt ist und daß eine Einrichtung (13) vorhanden ist, die nur einen Dosiervorgang je Waschstufe während eines Maschinenzyklus ermöglicht. - Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung aus einem Aktivator (13) zur Unterbrechung der Signalleitung (8) nach dem ersten Signal besteht, der erst mit der Ingangsetzung eines neuen Waschmaschinenzyklus erneut aktivierbar ist. - Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mindestens zweistufiger Mengenregler (12) vorhanden ist, mit dem eine Vorbestimmung der für eine Waschstufe zu dosierenden Waschmittelmenge möglich ist, wobei der Mengenregler (12) vorzugsweise manuell einstellbar ist.
