Description

Der Schneidzylinder 3 weist zwei um 180° an seinem Umfang versetzt zueinander angeordnete Schneidmesser enthaltende Schneidleisten 8, 9 auf.
In Uhrzeigerdrehrichtung A des nachfolgend als Zylinder 2 bezeichneten Falzmesser- und Transportzylinders 2 gesehen und jeweils vor der Gegenschneidleiste 11, 12, 13 befindet sich eine Reihe von Punktursystemen 16, 17, 18. Jedes Punktursystem 16, 17, 18 besteht aus einer Punkturwelle 19 zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme einer Reihe von Punkturhebeln 21 mit Punkturnadeln 22 sowie aus einem mit der Punkturwelle 19 formschlüssig in Verbindung stehenden Rollenhebel 23, der am freien Ende eine Kurvenrolle 24 trägt.
Beide Steuerkurven 36, 37 sind miteinander verbunden-z. B. stoffschlüssig - und in der Nähe einer Tragscheibe 43 des Zylinders 2 drehbar auf einem Zylinderzapfen 44 des Zylinders 2 gelagert. Dies erfolgt dadurch, daß die Steuerkurven 36, 37 an einer Stirnseite eines ersten Endes eines koaxial auf dem Zylinderzapfen 44 mittels Wälzlagern 46, 47 drehbar angeordneten buchsenförmigen Steuerkurventrägers 48 befestigt sind. Am zweiten Ende des Steuerkurventrägers 48 ist ein Zahnrad 49 drehfest befestigt, welches in der Nähe eines Seitengestells 51 mit einem auf einem Zylinderzapfen 52 des Schneidzylinders 3 befestigten Zahnrad 53 kämmt.
Eine übersetzung der Zahnräder 49, 53 zueinander beträgt z. B. 1 : 1, so daß der Steuerkurventräger 48 und somit die Steuerkurven 36, 37 mit der Drehzahl des Schneidzylinders 3 angetrieben werden. Die Drehzahl der Steuerkurven 36, 37 beträgt entsprechend dem Quotienten der Anzahl der Felder von Zylinder 2 (= 3 Felder) zu Zylinder 4 (= 2 Felder), z. B. dem 1,5-fachen der Drehzahl des Sammelzylinders 2.
Auf dem Zylinder 2 befindet sich eine von dem Punktursystem 18 aufgenadelte Signatur 59, während das Punktursystem 17 den Anfang 60 eines Papierstranges fördert (Fig. 1).
Nach 240° Drehbewegung des Zylinders 2 hat das Punktursystem 17 den Papierstranganfang 60 soweit gefördert, daß die Kurvenrolle 24 des Punktursystems 17 in das Kurvental 38 der inzwischen um 360° gedrehten Steuerkurve 36 eingetaucht und die Punkturnadeln 22 unter die Oberfläche des Zylinders 2 zurückgezogen sind (Fig. 2). Gleichzeitig hat das Falzmessersystem 26 infolge der 240° Drehbewegung des Zylinders 2 die Falzstelle gegenüber den Falzklappen 7 des Falzklappenzylinders 4 erreicht. Infolge der zwischenzeitlichen Drehung der Steuerkurve 37 um 360° taucht die Kurvenrolle 34 in das Kurvental 41 der Steuerkurve 37 ein, so daß das Falzmesser 32 des Falzmessersystems 26 betätigt und somit die Signatur 59 gefalzt wird (Fig. 2). Die Signatur 59 ist zwischenzeitlich gefalzt und befindet sich in den Falzklappen 6 des Falzklappenzylinders 4.
Eine weitere Signatur 59 befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Zylinder 2 sowie ein neuer Papierstranganfang 60.
Die Deckscheiben 62, 63 sind kreisrund ausgeführt, haben den gleichen Durchmesser wie die Steuerkurven 36, 37 und weisen an ihrem Umfang jeweils z. B. nur ein Kurvental auf. Die Deckscheiben 62, 63 sind miteinander verbunden sowie drehfest und koaxial auf dem Steuerkurventräger 48 angeordnet.
Somit sind die Steuerkurven 36, 37 sowie 62, 63 antreibbar und rotierbar indirekt auf dem Zylinderzapfen 44 verschiebbar angeordnet. Es ist auch eine direkte Lagerung der Steuerkurven 36, 37, 62, 63 auf dem Zylinderzapfen 44 möglich.

Claims (3)
- Zylinder (2) für einen Falzapparat einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit gesteuerten Falzmessersystemen (26; 27; 28) und Punktursystemen (16; 17; 18), wobei zur Steuerung der Falzmessersysteme (26; 27; 28) in Reibschluß stehende Steuerkurven (36, 37) und Kurvenrollen (24) vorgesehen sind und die Steuerkurven (36, 37) angetrieben auf einem Zylinderzapfen (44) des Zylinders (2) rotierbar in Drehrichtung des Zylinders (2) gelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Steuerung der Punktursysteme (16; 17; 18) in Reibschluß stehende Steuerkurven (62, 63) und Kurvenrollen (34) vorgesehen sind und daß die den Punktursystemen (16; 17; 18) und den Falzmessersystemen (26; 27; 28) zugeordneten Steuerkurven (36, 37; 62, 63) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Zylinder (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurven (36, 37; 62, 63) axial auf dem Zylinderzapfen (44) verschiebbar sind.
- Zylinder (2) nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurven (36, 37; 62, 63) auf einem buchsenförmigen Steuerkurventräger (48) verdrehfest angeordnet sind, daß der Steuerkurventräger (48) auf dem Zylinderzapfen (44) rotierbar gelagert ist, daß der Steuerkurventräger (48) mit einem zum Zylinderzapfen (44) koaxialen Zahnrad (49) verbunden ist.
